After two metro-east men were charged Wednesday in connection with the killing of a bartender at Maggie O'Brien's Bar and Grill on Market Street in St. Louis, another man was arrested at the bar Wednesday night.

A spokeswoman for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on Thursday would not say whether the man arrested Wednesday night was a bar employee.

Bartender Mike Dolan, 32, and a suspect, Derrick Bell, 30, were both fatally shot June 1.

Police believe another suspect, Devon Mosley, 26, of East St. Louis, shot Bell. Bell died later at a St. Louis hospital.

Jacson Baker, 30, of Cahokia, was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, four counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery.

Police said Baker was not inside the business, but he drove the suspects to the bar and drove them after the robbery. He also dropped Bell off at St. Louis Children's Hospital for treatment of his gunshot wounds. Bell died in surgery.

Mosley, 26, of Central Avenue in East St. Louis, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, four counts of armed criminal action, one count of first-degree robbery, and one count of attempted first-degree robbery.

St. Clair County Sheriff's Investigator Matt Janey developed some information in the East St. Louis area and in the jail that significantly aided St. Louis homicide detectives, St. Clair County Sheriff's Capt. Steve Johnson said.

A search warrant was served at 1619 Market St. in East St. Louis, and police found a loaded revolver, crack cocaine, $4,000 in cash and 10 pounds of marijuana, Johnson said.

A man was arrested there but Johnson would not release information about the man or what, if any, role he had with the Maggie O'Brien's case.
