"Beauty Pearls for Chemo Girls" ($14.95, Citadel Press) is written by cancer survivor Marybeth Maida and fashion-industry insider Debbie Kiederer. Plus, a panel of beauty and fashion experts helped create this "beauty bible" for chemotherapy patients. Reviewers call it informative, practical and positive. And the foreword by designer Betsey Johnson, a cancer survivor, is wonderful.
