Provides support and financial assistance to spouses and children of local police officers, firefighters, publicly-funded paramedics and EMTs who have lost their lives in the line of duty. BackStoppers Inc. provides assistance to counties served by Illinois State Police District 11 in Illinois and Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C in Missouri.
