The Belleville Ecumenical Area Caring for Our Neighbors, or BEACON, is a clearinghouse for dozens of churches in Belleville, Swansea, Shiloh, O’Fallon, Fairview Heights and Caseyville. The organization connects people in need to the services and resources they require.
