The Waterloo camp is a ministry of Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois. The year-round retreat center offers children’s summer camps, outdoor education program through schools and retreats for community, church and family groups.

How to help

Donate cash for camp scholarships, program support, subsidizing the camp for people with disabilities and underwriting the salaries of college-age summer staff. Donate items in good condition, including: commercial meat slicer, commercial mixer, wooden bunk beds, canoe trailer, pick up truck with snow blade, leaf blower, tabletop copy machine and digital Insignia Flash Memory Camcorder.
