The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, JUNE 21

7:03 a.m. Attempted burglary, criminal damage to property -- 100 block of Verne Ave. The victim reported sometime overnight, someone forced entry into a shed damaging the lock mechanism.

9:32 a.m. Vehicle burglary -- 300 block of Sherman. The victim reported sometime overnight, someone entered her unlocked vehicle and property was stolen.

11:18 a.m. Vehicle burglary -- 1600 block of North Church Street. The victim reported sometime overnight, someone entered her unlocked vehicle and property was stolen.

4:46 p.m. Attempted burglary to residence -- 200 block of North 45th Street. The victim reported between 10:40 a.m. and 4:20 p.m., a door to her residence was damaged but entry was not gained.

5:52 p.m. Retail theft -- Schnucks, 5720 North Belt West. The suspect was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. The suspect stated she was having a hard time breathing and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Upon release the suspect was transported, booked and held pending possible felony charges.

6:40 p.m. Theft -- Advanced Auto Parts, 4203 North Belt West. An employee was arrested after allegedly stealing from the business. The suspect was transported, booked and held pending further investigation.

8:43 p.m. Aggravated assault -- 300 block of West C St. The victim reported the suspect allegedly threw a beer bottle at her and her friends and then pointed a black handgun at them after an altercation regarding an ongoing problem with the suspect's dogs. The victim's mother signed a non traffic citation for aggravated assault against the suspect.

8:55 p.m. Drunkenness -- Bellevue Park, 401 Bellevue Park Drive. Edward Brooks, 49, was arrested after officers found him highly intoxicated in the park, lying under a tree. Brooks was transported and held pending bond.

9:56 p.m. Traffic stop, fugitive arrest -- 100 block of West A St. Demarcus Jones, 32, was arrested during a traffic stop for several outstanding St. Clair County warrants. Jones was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

FRIDAY, JUNE 22

1:20 a.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 100 block of North Illinois. Kyle Wilburn, 23, was arrested after officers discovered him intoxicated in the roadway near Renner's Funeral Home on North Illinois Street.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, JUNE 22

Anthony M. Luster, 57, of 732 N. 52 St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on June 5 by Cahokia police. Luster allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being men's undershirts, boxers and washcloths, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on July 15, 1998.

Darris D. Jackson, 26, of 83 Laura Lee, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a contraband in a penal institution and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on June 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jackson allegedly possessed an item of contraband, heroin, in the St. Clair County jail and had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Julie M. Pusa-Fessel, 37, of 2004 W. F St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a fraudulent driver's license, three counts of known possession, fraud, driver's license permit, on June 19 by Swansea police. Pusa-Fessel allegedly had in her possession a fraudulent driver's license.

Lamarr K. Anderson, 43, of 3904 Van Buren Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on June 21 by Fairview Heights police. Anderson allegedly took merchandise from Kmart, 6525 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being a tape measure and socket wrench, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft subsequent offense on May 7, 2009.

Anthony C. Turner, 27, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ramona M. Prater, 44, of Washington Park, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Mark A. Williams, 37, of Chesterfield, Mo., warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

George L. Fifer, 38, of Edwardsville, warrant arrest by Illinois State Police.

Christy A. Davidson, 48, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

George Harrell, 59, of Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, fleeing or attempting to elude police, traffic violations by Centreville police.

Ryan M. Schofro, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

Jason R. Ariana, 35, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Millstadt police.

Jimmie L. Irvin, 60, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Alexis R. McGeehan, 19, of Affton, Mo., arrested on suspicion of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cody R. Aubuschon, 19, of Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of burglary by St. Clair County sheriff.

Anita M. Watson, 33, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, driver and passenger seat belt violation and warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Stephanie D. Bush, 42, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Terry M. Ollerdives, 38, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Keith D. Thorpe, 38, of Madison, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Angella S. Pitts, 24, of Little Rock, Ark., warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.

Dondra Seawood, 33, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle with suspended license, suspended or revoked driver's license and warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brandon J. Owens, 25, of Centreville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.
