BELLEVILLE POLICE
MONDAY, JULY 16
10:27 a.m. Burglary -- 900 block of South Belt West. The victim reported sometime during the last six months, someone entered a storage trailer and property was stolen.
12:05 p.m. Theft -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported while he was exercising at the YMCA on Sunday, someone entered his locker and property was stolen.
12:47 p.m. Theft -- 5800 block of West Main Street. The victim reported numerous tools were stolen over the weekend from a construction site.
2:59 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of West Harrison. The victim reported between 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., someone damaged one of the tires on his vehicle.
6:38 p.m. Domestic battery -- 600 block of West Lincoln. The victim reported about 5 p.m. Saturday she was battered by her ex-boyfriend

8:46 p.m. Domestic battery -- 4200 block of Oak Lane. The victim reported being battered by her son/susect. The suspect was arrested, transported, and held pending charges.
10:38 p.m. Burglary to residence -- First block of South 76th Street. The victim reported between 12:30 and 10:38 p.m., someone forced entry to the residence and a handgun along with other property was stolen.
11:17 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- Sullivan Drive and Illinois 161. The occupants of the vehicle, Elise Jordan, 24, and Jason Holton, 34, were arrested during a traffic stop after allegedly being found inpossession of cannabis. Both subjects were transported to headquarters. Jordan was booked and released after posting bond. Holton was booked and transported to the St. Clair County Jail for outstanding warrants.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
TUESDAY, JULY 17
Allen L. Rencher, 44, of 661 N. 62nd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence July 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Rencher allegedly drove a 2000 Silver Cadillac on State Street in East St. Louis, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.
Travis L. Withers, 24, of 1308 Robin St., Venice, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery Jan. 25 by Brooklyn police. Withers allegedly caused great bodily harm or permanent disfigurement to Arlandus Gower, in that he allegedly cut Gower's face when he struck him with a bottle. Withers allegedly and by use of a deadly weapon, a beer bottle, caused bodily harm or permanent disfigurement to Gower, in that he cut Gower's face when he struck him with a beer bottle.
Charles R. Carrico, 71, of 213 N. Third St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse Dec. 31 2011 by Sauget police. Carrico allegedly committed an act of sexual conduct with a female minor, date of birth Feb. 2, 2002.

Luke X. Stratman, 18, of 4112 Oakdale Road, Jefferson City, Mo., arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sexual abuse March 18 by Fairview Heights police. Stratman allegedly committed an act of sexual conduct with a female minor, date of birth Nov. 13, 2007.
Angel A. Zamarron, 35, of 108 Edding Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense July 16 by Fairview Heights police. Zamarron allegedly made physical contact with Zenaida Beard, a family/household member, in that he placed his hand around her throat, shoving her against a wall. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery subsequent Jan. 14, 2009.
Derrick B. Williams, 44, of 315 S. Belleville St., Freeburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis, unlawful possession of cannabis, domestic battery, interference with report of domestic violence July 11 by Freeburg police. Williams allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; made physical contact of an insulting nature with Stephanie Wilburn, a family/household member by grabbing and shoving her about the body; then prevented Stephanie Wilburn from calling 911.
Gregory C. Lewis, 48, of 944 Liberty, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon July 16 by East St. Louis police. Lewis allegedly possessed about his person a Derringer .38-caliber handgun. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated discharge of a firearm May 4, 1999.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 18
Tierra L. Drakeford, 30, of 140 Autumn Pine Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance June 26 by Fairview Heights police. Drakeford allegedly had in her possession a substance containing codeine.
Demarco H. Williams, 25, of 1105 Williams St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft July 16 by Cahokia police. Williams allegedly exerted control over property of Dionne Beverly, being a 42-inch Hitachi brand TV, a laptop, leaf blower, chainsaw, having total value in excess of $500.
Rickey L. Williams, 44, of 225 Chestnut, Apt. B, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of three counts of forgery July 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Williams allegedly delivered to Q-mart, 1620 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, a document capable of defrauding another, purported to have been made by Charles Suarez and Patty A. Sprague, being a check drawn on the Bank of Edwardsville in Belleville, payable to Rickey Williams in the amount of $560.80; and a check in the amount of $680.50; and a check in the amount of $680.50.
