The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, JULY 23

7:40 a.m. Vehicle burglary -- First block of South 74th Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect allegedly stole property out of her vehicle.

11:31 a.m. Criminal trespass, indecent exposure -- 200 block of North Fourth Street. Officers responded to a report of subjects trespassing and swimming naked in a pool. Officers located two people, Ruby Summers, 37, and Luther Towns, 34, naked in the pool in view of neighbor kids. Both subjects appeared to be intoxicated. The homeowner was not on scene, however a witness signed a complaint for indecent exposure. Both subjects were arrested, transported, and held pending sobriety. When the homeowner was contacted, she signed a nontraffic citation for criminal trespass against both suspects.

12:33 p.m. Damage to property -- South Eighth Street and Union Avenue. The vehicle owner reported sometime in the last 24 hours, someone damaged her vehicle by throwing rocks at it.

1:32 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 600 block of Fort Henry. The victim reported she has received numerous calls and texts from her estranged husband/suspect. The victim has an active order of protection against the suspect.

2:55 p.m. Battery -- 900 block of South Belt West. The victim reported an acquaintance/suspect punched him several times. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for battery against the suspect.

3:26 p.m. Theft -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave The victim reported between 3 p.m. and 3:56 p.m., while she was exercising, someone entered an unlocked locker and removed U.S. currency from her wallet.

6:31 p.m. Residential burglary -- 3800 blockof Memorial Dirve. The victim reported returning home and discovering items missing from his residence.

6:45 p.m. Battery, arrest -- Belleville Police Department Headquarters, 101 S. Illinois St. The suspect, Ricahrd Divine, 33, from a battery that occurred at 2:55 p.m., turned himself in at headquarters. Divine was arrested, issued a nontraffic citation and released with a notice to appear.

7:17 p.m. City drunkenness -- 1300 block of South Illinois. Justin Wagner, 37, was arrested when officers found him intoxicated and passed out on the side of the roadway. Wagner was transported, booked and released with a notice to appar.

8:12 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of North 82nd Street. The victim reported going out to his carport and discovering property missing from his unlocked 94 Chevy pickup.

9:38 p.m. City drunkenness -- QuikTrip, 755 South Belt West. Guy Mitchell, 52, was arrested when officers located him inside the gas station highly intoxicated. Mitchell was transported and held pending sobriety.

10:06 p.m. Traffic stop, fugitive arrest -- 3800 block of North Belt West. James Smith, 20, was arrested during a traffic stop for an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County.

11:36 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 4600 block of Ruth Street. The suspect was arrested after officers responding to a domestic disturbance report discovered he had allegedly thrown his pregnant girlfriend/victim to the ground and kicked her in the stomach. The victim was receiving treatment at an area hospital. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.TUESDAY, JULY 24

5:06 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 100 block of Winchesster Drive. The victim reported sometime overnight, someone entered the residence and property was stolen.

11:55 a.m. Theft -- 500 block of North 40th Street. The property owner reported sometime in the last 24 hours, someone removed the central air conditioning unit from the property.

2:03 p.m. Public drunkeness -- First block of South Belt East. Officers responded to the area for a report of a drunken subject. Officers located Joshua W. Brown, 24, who was highly intoxicated. Brown was arrested and held pending sobriety.

2:09 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- First block of South 76th Street. The victim reported between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m, someone damaged a basement window in an attempt to enter the residence.

2:30 p.m. Retail theft -- Kmart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. An employee, Misty Seyferth, 32, was observed taking merchandise from the store without pay for it. Seyferth was arrested, transported, and released after posting bond.

3:43 p.m. Theft -- Midland Mortgage, 210 Lebanon Ave. An employee reported sometime within the last month the central air conditioning unit was stolen from the vacant property.

5:07 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of North 98th Street. The victim reported her son arrived home to discover the screen taken out of a window on the residence and items missing.

7:05 p.m. Retail theft -- Schnucks, 110 Carlyle Ave. The suspect was arrested after employees observed him conceal items and pass all points of sale.s The suspect was taken into custody, transported, and held pending further investigation of subsequent retail theft.

7:24 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Illinois 157 and Church Lane. The passenger/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop after officers located a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on her person. The suspect was transported booked and transported to the St. Clair County Jail held pending further investigation.

8:30 p.m. Aggravated battery -- Jefferson School, 1400 N. Charles St. The victim reported being confronted by two subjects at which time both subjects shot the victim multiple times with pellet guns. Officers located both suspects and took them into custody. The suspects were transported and the 13-year-old was released to his parents, the 16-year-old was transported to the St. Clair County Juvenile Detention Center.

9:13 p.m. Traffic stop, fugitive arrest -- 3900 block of West Main Street. Cleotha Spearman Jr., 22, was arrested during a traffic stop after officers located cannabis in his vehicle. Miller was transported, booked and released after posting bond.

10:18 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 4300 block of West Main Street. S. Arturo Miller, 45, was arrested dring a traffic stop after officers located cannabis in his vehicle. Miller was transported, booked and released after posting bond.

11:25 p.m. Drunkenness -- 1200 block of Dawn Drive. Terrance Garner Jr., 24, was arrested when officers responding to a report of suspicious loud subjects in the roadway and discovered him intoxicated in the roadway. Garner was transported, booked and held pending sobriety.

MONDAY, JULY 23

Floyd J. Wallace, 37, of 700 N. Fifth St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of escape on May 23 by Belleville police. Wallace allegedly who was convicted of the felony offense of Burglary and who was conditionally released from the Illinois Department of Corrections, allegedly violated a condition of that program, being electronic monitoring, in that said defendant, without permission, left his residence and his whereabouts were unknown.

Daniel C. Loden, 29, of 34 Corn Road, Grand Tower, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on May 19 by Belleville police. Loden allegedly took possession of merchandise from Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons, Belleville, being one Android Tablet, headphones, batteries and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300. Loden had in his possession 3,4-Methylenedioxypyrovalerone.

James N. Robinson, 42, of 108 Moonlight Drive, Apt. B, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a victim 60 plus and domestic battery on July 21 by Collinsville police. Robinson allegedly made physical contact with Judy Robinson, a person over the age of 60, in that he grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her. Robinson made physical contact of a insulting nature with Richard D. Robinson, a family member, in that he allegedly punched him in the head with his fist.

Brishai J. Conrad, 22, of 1428 Richard Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and endangering the life, health of a child on June 23 by Cahokia police. Conrad allegedly drove a black 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, and was given a visual sign by a police officer, Kyle Waddington, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said black 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, defendant traveled at a rate of speed 21 miles per hour over the legal speed limit, disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop lights; willfully caused the health of a female minor child, under the age of 18 years, to be endangered in that said defendant while operating a motor vehicle fled from Cahokia Police Officer Kyle Waddington, traveling at speeds in excess of 21 mph over the legal speed limit and disobeyed two or more office traffic control devices, being stop lights, while the female minor was a passenger in the vehicle.

Willie F. Holloway Jr., 30, of 238 St. John, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving while license is suspended, subsequent on July 21 by Alorton police. Holloway allegedly drive a white 2003 Saturn sport-utility vehicle on Bond Avenue in Alorton, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended on Feb. 14, 2012.

Matthew L. Foster, 34, of 3627 Knollstone Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on July 22 by St. Clair County sheriff. Foster allegedly carried in a vehicle a .45-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

Michael Scott Jr., 40, of 1910 N. 21st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on July 22 by St. Clair County sheriff. Scott allegedly carried in a vehicle a .45-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

Anchez L. Curry, 25, of 1605 W. Highway 50, Lot 4, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance unlawful possession of a controlled substance on May 3 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Curry allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver one or more grams but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Angelo S. Bennett Jr., 23, of 725 N. Donna Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder on Feb. 3 by East St. Louis police. Bennett allegedly without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to DeAngelo Eiland, shot DeAngelo with a handgun in the left chest area, thereby causing his death.

Keveon M. Johnson, 28, of 1444 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to residence while persons present, and two counts of violation of an orders of protection on July 22 by East St. Louis police. Johnson allegedly entered the residence of Monique Berry-Johnson, 838 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in the residence. Johnson, having been served with an order of protection on July 11 by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, knowingly committed an act which was prohibited by the order, in that said defendant was inside the residence of 838 N. 24th St., East St. Louis, a protected address and within 500 feet of Monique Berry-Johnson, a protected person.

Kelly A. Lucas, 45, of 253 Harbor Mill, Troy, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on March 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Lucas allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance contianing cocaine.

Jamell M. Bridges, 20, of 3319 Trendley Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of mob action on June 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bridges allegedly by use of force and violence, disturbed the public peace in that he, while acting together with Demarken Cobbs, and without authority of law, struck Demetrice Norwood about the head thereby inflicting injury to him.

Demarken K. Cobbs, 22, of 8512 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of mob action on July 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cobbs allegedly by use of force and violence, disturbed the publci peace in that he,while acting together with Jamell M. Bridges, and without authority of law, struck Demetrice Norwood about the head thereby inflicting injury to him.

Carlitha N. Sullivan, 25, of 1028 College St., Madison, arrested on suspicion of aggravited battery to a minor child and domestic battery on July 23 by Southwestern Illinois College. Sullivan allegedly caused disability to a minor child, date of birth Jan. 5, 2009, in that she struck the child with her hand, knocking the minor child to the ground. Sullivan knowingly made physical contact with a minor child, a family/household member, inthat she truck the child with her hand, knocking the minor child to the ground.

Anthony S. Dell, 37, of 203 W. Butler St., Summerfield, arrested on suspicion of four counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense on July 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Dell allegedly made physical contact with Belinda C. Rives, a family/household member, by grabbing her about the body and threw her to the ground and grabbed Joshua L. Baum, a family/household member, about the body and threw him to the ground. The defendant had been previously convicted of violation of an order of protection, subsequent offense, on July 3, 2004.

Manuel E. Armstrong, 27, of 7015 Evergreen, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on July 22 by Centreville police. Armstrong allegedly carried in a vehiclem a .9mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immedately accessible. Defendant had been previously convicted of resisting a peace officer on Dec. 16, 2004.

Michael V. Biciocchi, 42, of 906 Illinois Ave., South Roxana, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in a public place, and two counts of domestic battery on July 9 by O'Fallon polise. Biciocchi allegedly committed battery, while he was at 301 Obernuefmann Road, O'Fallon, a public sports park, knowingly made physical contact with Lisa Biciocchi, in that he struck her about the face, grabbed her, and pushed her.

Jevon M. Jenkins, 21, of 648 Alhambra Court, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and armed violence on July 17 by East St. Louis police. Jenkins allegedly in committing battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a broomstick and/or wooden table legs, caused bodily harm to Amir Hunt, in that he struck Amir Hunt about the head and body with a broomstick or wooden table legs.

Kasey A. McVay, 20, of 3908 W. Main St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and armed violence on July 17 by East ST. Louis police. McVay allegedly in committing battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a broomstick and/or wooden table legs, caused bodily harm to Amir Hunt, in that he struck Amir Hunt about the head and body with a broomstick or wooden table legs.

Gregory T. Brown, 49, of 3109 Peach St., Mount Vernon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft subsequent on July 24 by Belleville police. Brown allegedly took merchandise from Schnucks, 110 Carlyle Ave., Belleville, being steaks, liquor, Cardinals sports merchandise and other items, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Aug. 4, 2003.

Ross D. Randolph III, 24, of 442 N. 26th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on July 23 by East St. Louis police. Randolph allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a white 2010 Chrysler 300 of Victoria Toney, 2500 Ridge Ave., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.
