The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, AUG. 6

8:22 p.m. Battery -- Skate Park, 709 N. Secind St. The victim reported being struck in the head with a skateboard by an unknown black male after an argument about cleaning up trash at the park. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

8:41 p.m. Disturbance, fugitive arrest -- 500 Vicksburg Drive. Sherman Dixon, 53, was arrested during a disturbance call after officers discovered he had an active warrant out of St. Clair County.

10:37 p.m. Burglary -- Raymond's Place, 8201 W. Main St. A witness reported driving by Raymond's Place and observing the window in the front door had been broken out. Officers responded and checked the business. The owner was contacted and responded.

11:40 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- CVS, 4609 W. Main St. The victims reported parking their vehicle and going inside the business, leaving the keys in the ignition and the car running. When they exited the store the vehicle was gone.

TUESDAY, AUG. 7

6:59 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 700 block of Union Avenue. The vehicle owner/victim reported sometime overnight, an unknown object was used to shatter the rear window of her vehcile.

8:36 a.m. Criminal defacement of property -- Parking lot, East Washington and South High. A Street Deaprtment employee reported unknown person(s) spray painted graffiti on the parking lot.

9:58 a.m. Suspicious subjects, possession of cannabis -- 400 block of NorthCharles. Officers stopped two subjects, after they appeared to try to avoid officers while they patrolled the area. After checking the subjects, Justin Andrews, 20, was found to be on parole and in possession of cannabis. Andrews was arrested, transported and released after posting bond.

11:02 a.m. Theft -- 7200 block of West A Street. The victim reported his co-worker/suspect stole property from is vehicle after she left his residence. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect.

1:35 p.m. Unattended child -- First block of North Missouri. A neighbor located a 1-year-old child unattended in the first block of North Missouri. The child's mother was located in the house and she stated she had just discovered the child missing from the residence. DCFS was notified of the incident.

1:55 p.m. Theft -- 1900 block of North 17th Street. The reporting party stated the central air conditioning unit was stolen from the vacant residence sometime in the last two days.

2:14 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. A juvenile was apprehended by store security after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. The juvenile was arrested and transported where she was later released to her mother.

4 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of North 98th Street. The reporting/victim checked the residence and discovered a rear door had been forced open and property was stolen.

5:44 p.m. Armed robbery -- 1500 block of West Main Street. The victim reported after he collected rent money from his tenant, an unknown black male approached him outside the residence, pushed what the victim thought was a gun into his stomach, and took the money out of the victim's pants pocket. The suspect then struck the victim in the ear and fled the scene.

6:15 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 300 block of Gettysburg Drive. The suspect was arrested after officers responded to a domestic disturbance and discovered she had cut her ex-boyfriend/victim with a knife during an argument. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was transported, and held pending further investigation.

8:09 p.m. Battery -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. Carlandis Jackson, 48 was arrested after a disturbance where he pushed the victim and poked him in the eye. Jackson was transported and held pending bond.

8:43 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Belleville Khoury League, 411 W. Monroe St. Three juveniles were arrested after a witness saw them attempting to break into a soda machine at the Khoury League baseball fields. The juveniles were transported, where they were released to their respective parents pending further investigation.

10:35 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- Carlyle Avenue and North Belt East. Kayrell Moore, 20, was arrested during a traffic stop when officers discovered he had cannabis in his possession. Moore was transported and held pending bond.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 8

2:07 a.m. Traffic stop, driving on a revoked license, fleeing and eluding -- 600 block of South 19th Street. The suspect fled from officers attempting to stop him for a traffic violation. The vehicle came to a stop in the 600 blockof South 19th Street where the suspect exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, AUG. 7

Keith A. Meagher, 609 N. Second St., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of burglary and unlawful use of a credit card on July 22 by Dupo police. Meagher allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a white Chevy Cavalier of Joseph Brown, 1246 Muskopf Place, with the intent to commit theft therei; used a Visa Credit Card, without the cardholder's consent, for the purpose of obtaining goods, being an air mattress and groceries, total value not in excess of $300.

Daniel L. Martin, 42, of 12515 Early Morning Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Martin allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Cordarious Bufford, 20, of 1227 Williams St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and bostructing identification on Aug. 6 by Cahokia police. Bufford allegedly caused bodily harm to Joseph Agles, in that he struck Joseph Agles about the head with his hand, knowing Joseph Agles to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly furnished a false name to Joseph Agles, a peace officer, who has lawfully detained said defendant.

Pamela D. Jenkins, 46, of 101 N. 74th St., Apt. 12, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on Aug. 6 by Fairview Heights police. Jenkins allegedly took merchandise from J.C. Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being two bottles of perfume, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Feb. 19, 2009.

Kyle J. Bickel, 25, of 6 S. Embassy Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on Aug. 6 by Fairview Heights police. Bickel allegedly took merchandise from Macy's, 200 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being one St. Louis Cardinals hat, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on July 7, 2005.WEDNESDAY, AUG. 8

Larry J. Williams, 52, of 1720 Theodore St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to renew address registration as a sex offender on July 15 by Cahokia police. Williams allegedly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of theSex Offender Registration Act, with the police chief of Cahokia, within 90 days of last registration, and the defendant had been previously convicted of a violation of the Sex Offender Registration Ace on April 14, 2011.

Carrie M. Whorley, 22, of 1132 S. Church Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Aug. 6 by Belleville police. Whorley allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Bruce McBush, 200 N. 11th St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Justine K. Bollmeier, 21, of 15203 Country Ridge Drive, Creve Coeur, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bollmeier allegedly had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamin; and 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Aaron S. Liefer, 28, of 1078 Roosevelt St., Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled sustance Aug. 6 by St. Calir County Sheriff. Liefer allegedly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine and 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Shawn O. Riggins, 23, of 4212 Baker Avenue, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Aug. 7 by Centreville police. Riggins allegedly carried in a vehicle a .9mm handgun at a time when he ws not on his own lanc, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

Dallas L. Rivers, 20, of 1122 Barthalamew, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of forgery on July 25 by Cahokia police. Rivers allegedly delivered to Q-Mart, 161 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, Daniel Hynes, Comptroller, State of Illinois, being a check, drawn on the Treasury of the State of Illinois on July 24, payable to Dallas Rivers in the amount of $703.70 and signed as drawer DanielW. Hynes and Alexi Giannoulias.

U.S. District COURT, East St. Louis

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 8

Jason E. Starko, 36, of Granite City, pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography. Starko faces between 15 and 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 on each count at his sentencing scheduled for Nov. 30. He has been in custody since his arraignment in December. Starko shot two videos of the genitalia of a 5-year-old with whose mother he was living at the time.

MADISON COUNTY FELONIES

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 8

Jodi D. Pisetta, 27, of 32 Holiday, Granite City, was charged with aggravated DUI while her driver's license was suspended and driving with a suspended license-subsequent offense in a case investigated by the Madison County Sheriff's Department. Pisetta was allegedly found at 12:25 a.m. Wednesday unconcious behind the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Lenox and Ashland avenues in Granite City. Pisetta's license was suspended because of a previous arrest for DUI.

Andrew E. Haley, 26, of 3601 Valley Drive, Godfrey, was charged with possession of alprazolam in a case investigated by the Madison County Sheriff's Department. On Tuesday, Haley was identified as a suspect in a theft of prescription medication from a home in the 3600 block of Valley Drive and was later charged with drug possession.
