Beginning Monday motorists will encounter intermittently restricted lanes in the southbound lanes of Interstate 55 between the Macoupin County and Livingston in Madison County.
The lanes will only be restricted during daylight hours and are necessary so crews can conduct geotechnical investigations for proposed pavement resurfacing.
