The Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois has recently named Connie Stellhorn as its president for 2012-13. Stellhorn is a Realtor, owner and managing broker of Stellhorn Realty in Belleville. The association has also appointed new board members: President-Elect Tricia Tialdo of Tialdo Realty in Belleville, Immediate Past-President Christopher Mitchell of Home Buyers Relocation Service in O'Fallon and Secretary/Treasurer Doug Payne of Century 21 Advantage in Smithton. Joseph Brinkmann has been named president of Trivers Associates in St. Louis. He succeeds Andrew Trivers, who will remain as chief executive officer. Trivers founded the architecture firm in 1975. The firm is known for its historic renovations and urban transformations. Its projects include the new school of Art & Design at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, renovating the Old Post Office in St. Louis, the Westin Hotel at Cupples Station in St. Louis and Umrath Hall at Washington University in St. Louis.
