Qualifications: Since becoming licensed to practice law several years ago, I have represented hundreds of clients in criminal and family matters. These matters range from simple traffic cases to complex felonies. I have successfully tried a number of jury trials with successful outcomes for my clients. I have served as guardian ad litem, protecting the interest of hundreds if not thousands of children in Madison County. In addition, I have experience as a small business owner which is crucial to the efficient functioning of a government office.

Top issues: The top issues in my effort to become the first female state's attorney include protecting families, ending the culture of excessive plea bargains, recovering child support for single parents and restoring integrity to Madison County Government.
