Employed by Tubular Steel Inc. for 26 years as Midwest regional sales manager. Youth coach for local soccer, T-Ball, and softball teams. Past scoutmaster for Worthen School Cub Scouts. Owner of Express Employment Professionals in Edwardsville. Previous treasurer and board member of St. Mary's Credit Union. Current Small Group Bible Study Leader and active member of Metro Community Church.
Top issues: I believe in the people of Granite City, and am committed to bringing common sense to our government. We need a government where successful businesses and jobs flock to Madison County rather than struggle and flee. I will find ways to decrease tax levies and property tax rates, create and honor responsible budgets, provide customer service that is taxpayer oriented, merit based, transparent and accountable. I will create and encourage a business friendly environment that attracts and keeps jobs and businesses profitable.
