Qualifications: I bring with me a strong educational background, graduating from Washington University with a bachelor's degree and from Saint Louis University with a juris doctorate. Throughout my career I've served on committees, managed projects, and served as a consultant to business owners and academic institutions. I'm a former member of the Teamsters and the American Federation of Teachers, and currently coach youth athletic programs and volunteer my time to those less fortunate. As a small business owner and an attorney, I enjoy resolving challenging problems and serving the community. As a county board member, my experience negotiating for companies and individuals, analyzing complex issues and working for fair solutions will enable me to provide competent and vigilant representation for not only the interests of my constituents in Glen Carbon, but for all of Madison County. I will dedicate my time in office to keeping Madison County an affordable and wonderful place to live and raise a family.
Top issues: Reducing the county's property tax levy. Greater transparency in county finances. Voting against salary and pension increases for countywide officials and county board members.
