Qualifications: I have more than 20 years of experience in management and business development. I've also served in several leadership roles as a director or chairman in the community. I know how to create and work within budgets and I know how to work with people to get things accomplished.

Top issues: The county government does not operate with enough accountability, transparency or balance and, as a result, very poor decisions are being made. The lack of fiscal responsibility is costing the taxpayers millions. While several examples can be cited, the biggest is MidAmerica Airport. I support the creation of a bipartisan oversight board comprised of local government and business leaders and aviation experts. Let's work together to find a way to make MidAmerica successful or make the hard decisions necessary to stop the wasteful spending. It is time for the citizens of St. Clair County to have a county board that is working in their best interest and not in the best interests of a select few.
