ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, SEPT. 17

Timothy W. Henry, 26, of 209 N. Austin, Chicago, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of credit card on Sept. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Henry allegedly used a Discover Credit Card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being merchandise and gift cards from American Eagle Outfitters, total value in excess of $300.

Donta L. Milton, 25, of 5951 W. Midway, Chicago, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of credit card on Sept. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Milton allegedly used a Discover Credit Card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being merchandise and gift cards from Victoria's Secret, total value in excess of $300.

Ashanta Nunn, 33, of 1040 N. Monitor, Chicago, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of credit card on Sept. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Nunn allegedly used a Discover Credit Card, which was without the cardholder's consent for the purpose of obtaining goods, being merchandise and gift cards from Victoria's Secret Pink, total value in excess of $300.

Michael J. Jeter, 35, of 13865 Rains Road, West Frankfort, arrested on suspicion of four counts of aggravated driving under the influence on May 22 by Illinois State Police. Jeter allegedly drove a Honda Accord on Interstate 64 in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of drugs, specifically Diphenhydramine, Meprobamate and Zilpidem. Defendant at the time of the commission of said violation was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the Death of Dennis Beard; caused great bodily harm to Brian Moore, Adam Evans and Kory Links.

Albert Benford Jr., 49, of 1708 Gross Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft on Sept. 13 by East St. Louis police. Benford allegedly exerted control over property of HBD Construction, being Heavy Duty Industrial Extension Cords, total value in excess of $500.

Robert C. Bradley, 49, of 431 Lincoln, Venice, arrested on suspicion of theft on Sept. 13 by East St. Louis police. Bradley allegedly exerted control over property of HBD Construction, being Heavy Duty Industrial Extension Cords, total value in excess of $500.

Charles E. James Jr., 57, of 16 Gerri Ann Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Sept. 13 by East St. Louis police. James allegedly exerted control over property of HBD Construction, being Heavy Duty Industrial Extension Cords, total value in excess of $500.

Mark D. Patton, 64, of 5031 Mardel St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on Sept. 14 by O'Fallon police. Patton allegedly entered Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Dennis E. Scott, 51, of 1516 Winstanley, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving while license is suspended, driving under the influence on Sept. 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Scott allegedly drove a 1988 Chevrolet truck on 1400 block of Lynch Ave. in East St. Louis, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended and driving under the influence. Defendant has been previously convicted of driving while license is suspended on Oct. 6, 2011.

Ryan P. Marmon, 31, of 618 E. Church, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on suspended license on Sept. 16 by O'Fallon police. Marmon allegedly drove a white 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe on Beaconsfield Lane, O'Fallon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

David D. Willis, 32, of 13 Judith St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on Aug. 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Willis allegedly delivered to a confidential source a substance containing hydrocodone.

Antnio F. Darough, 36, of 308 Cooper Drive, Apt. 2, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Sept. 15 by St. Clair County sheriff. Darough allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 18

Eugene Griggs III, 30, of 416B Range Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of child abduction on Sept. 12 by Cahokia police. Griggs allegedly intentionally violated terms of a valid court order, granting sole custody of Eunijah Griggs to Madeline Griggs by removing Eunijah Griggs from the jurisdiction of the court.

Precious M. McMillan, 28, of 1928 Edwardsville Rear, Madison, arrested on suspicion of two counts of child abduction on Sept. 12 by Cahokia police. McMillan allegedly intentionally violated terms of a valid court order, granting sole custody of Eunijah Griggs to Madeline Griggs by removing Eunijah Griggs from the jurisdiction of the court.

John W. Grant, 35, of 601 Water, Apt. A, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Aug. 3 by Cahokia police. Grant allegedly entered a building of John Holzum, 601B Water St., Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Barbara J. Langley, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Todd L. Crawford, 52, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Julius J. Harris, 30, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Shemeka L. Rogers, 27, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Devion D. Henderson, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by East Carondelet police.

FEDERAL COURT

Monday, Sept. 17

John Arnold, 25, of East St. Louis, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine. Arnold, who was indicted by a federal grand jury June 20, faces a potential maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, followed by three years probation and a $1 million fine. Arnold currently is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 4. Arnold was arrested by the East St. Louis Police Department on April 5 following a traffic violation. He was placed under arrest after a computer check revealed that his driver's license was revoked. When police searched Arnold, they found two baggies containing 7.3 grams of crack cocaine and a small amount of marijuana in Arnold's underwear. Arnold later admitted that he intended to sell the crack cocaine, according to court records.
