The second debate between candidates for the 12th Congressional District was a sometimes heated exchange on Sept. 20 in Marion. Green Party candidate Paula Bradshaw, Democrat William Enyart and Republican Jason Plummer met for the second time, with a third debate scheduled for 7 p.m., Oct. 7 in Belleville.
