SUNDAY, SEPT. 23

Tommie C. Moore III, 25, of 1427 N. 45th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to distribute a look-alike substance, unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Sept. 20 by St. Clair County sheriff. Moore allegedly distributed a look-alike substance purported to be cocaine, allegedly distributed a look-alike substance purported to be 3,4-methylene-dieoxy-methamphetamine; possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

MONDAY, SEPT. 24

Ashley D. Richie, 23, of 600 Louisa Ave., Apt. B, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a peace officer, resisting, obstructing officer, injury on Sept. 20 by Dupo police.

Cody L. Rhodes, 25, of 500 Louisa Ave., Dupo, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, burglary, theft, criminal trespass to vehicle on Sept. 20 by Dupo police.

Kenneth P. Jones, 37, of 805 Vine St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on revoked, suspended driver's license on Sept. 21 by St. Clair County sheriff.

William R. Hunter, 42, of 8703 Fairway Ave., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Sept. 19 by Fairmont City police. Hunter allegedly took property of Fairmont Village Credit Union, being $11,401, U.S. currency, total value in excess of $10,000.

Mautaveus T. Ayers, 17, of 751 St. Nicholas Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sept. 21 by Cahokia police. Ayers allegedly carried on or about his person in a vehicle a .22 caliber rifle at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current Firearm Owner's Identification Card.

Sierra C. Pittman, 22, of 1123 N. 13th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sept. 22 by Fairview Height police. Pittman allegedly carried don or about his person a .22 caliber handgun, at a time when she was not on her own land, or in her own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current Firearm Owner's Identification Card.

Erik B. Watson, 47, of 10352 Duke Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of identity theft on Sept. 21 by Fairview Heights police. Watson allegedly used the personal identifying information of Walter Fisher to fraudulently obtain good, a 70-inch television, exceeding $2,000 in value.

Demarcus Webb, 25, of 1703 Wilford Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sept. 21 by Centreville police. Webb allegedly carried in a vehicle, a Smith & Wesson .38-caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on Dec. 9, 2004.

Joseph C. Weir, 46, of 151 N. 73 St., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on Sept. 21 by Centreville police. Weir allegedly in committing a battery, and by the use of a deadly weapon, a lug wrench, allegedly caused bodily harm to Latricea Brown, in that he struck the head of Brown with the lug wrench.

Adrian M. Smith, 37, of 99 Circle Creek Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Sept. 22 by Alorton police. Smith allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 500 grams but not more than 2,000 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Carnell T. Ingram, 47, of 3515 University, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on Sept. 23 by O'Fallon police. Ingram allegedly took possession of certain merchandise at Walmart, 1530 West Highway 50, O'Fallon, being canopy brand bed sheets, Air Hog helicopters, Fisher Price computer and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Derrick L. Seay, 37, of 2731 Gaty Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, domestic battery, subsequent offense on Sept. 22 by Alorton police.

Keivn N. Davis, 48, of 1521 N. 54th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on Sept. 22 by O'Fallon police. Davis allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being a duffle bag, a 30 pack of Busch beer and 4 bottle of liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Aug. 11, 2009.

Timothy E. Reger, 50, of 500 Cedar St., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 23 by St. Clair County sheriff. Reger allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

U.S. DISTRICT COURT

MONDAY, SEPT. 24

Jermaine Jones, 28, of Washington Park was sentenced to 46 months in prison and three years probation for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charges relate to an incident that occurred on April 4, 2011, in Washington Park where, following an altercation between Jones and his girlfriend, the girlfriend reported to police that Jones was in possession of a firearm. Jones was previously convicted of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in St. Clair County.
