Three candidates seeking to represent Illinois' 12th Congressional District met for the third time Wednesday to debate. Green Party candidate Paula Bradshaw, Democrat William Enyart and Republican Jason Plummer were in Waterloo to joust over the issues and their qualifications to replace U.S. Rep. Jerry Costello.
