Gateway Grizzlies hosting old-timers reunion on Sunday

The Gateway Grizzlies will be hosting the Annual Sports Old-timers Reunion at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Grizzlies Baseball Academy, located at GCS Ballpark in Sauget.
The event is open to the public and features a panel of local sports figures who will share their experiences with the guests.  This event helps benefit Hospice of Southern Illinois.
The reunion features all-star panel discussion, a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, attendance prizes and much more.  Admission fee is $10 with food and drink provided.
Panel members scheduled to appear include Chicago Cubs pitcher Randy Wells, former St. Louis Cardinals catcher Glenn Brummer, Grizzlies owner and Frontier League President Rich Sauget, Sr., Frontier League Baseball Commissioner Bill Lee, Lindenwood-Belleville coach Jeff Fisher, Southwestern Illinois College athletic director and men’s basketball coach Jay Harrington and Hall of Fame fast-pitch softball player Clete Schwaegel.
