BELLEVILLE POLICE
MONDAY, OCT. 1
1:07 p.m. Burglary -- Mount Hope Cemetery, 9401 W. Main St. An employee reported sometime over the weekend, unknown suspect(s) entered the maintenance shed and property was stolen.
1:22 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1700 block of North Church Street. The victim reported after evicting the suspect from his rental residence, he discovered several damaged items throughout the residence. The victim also reported the suspect stole his washer and dryer from the residence.
5:55 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct -- 700 block of South Belt West. The driver/suspect was arrested after officers responded to a report of a traffic accident and discovered that possible inhaling of aerosol occurred. During the course of the incident, several people involved in the accident began yelling at one another and a physical altercation ensued. Glenda Gardner, 52, Jennifer Lepes, 33 and Rachelle Majnerich, 33, were arrested for city ordinance fighting charges and released with a notice to appear at the scene. The driver was transported and later released to his mother.
7:30 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 600 block of Sycamore Street. The victim reported between 7:15 a.m. and 5:20 p.m., unknown suspect(s) entered her residence through an open window and property was stolen.
TUESDAY, OCT. 2
12:20 a.m. Armed robbery -- 200 block of South 29th Street. Officers responding for a report of a disturbance in the roadway. Officers made contact with the victim who stated he was attacked by two subjects who took cash from him. The suspects were allegedly armed with a knife and handgun. Further investigation pending.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2
Muriah L. Donaby, 18, of 3213 Louisiana Blvd., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on July 26 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Donaby allegedly had in his possession a substance containing Hydrocodone.
Amy L. Bellm, 51, of 219 N. Cherry St., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on May 5, by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Bellm allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a subsistence containing cocaine.
Phillip T. Smith, 21, 1734 Division, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 14 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Smith allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Leon J. Carraway Jr., 23, of 1028 Belle Valley Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance on April 21, 2011, by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Carraway allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; knowingly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Ronald S. Berry Jr., 24, of 2910 Market, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Berry allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Shawn A. Davis, 27, of 640 N. 39th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful distribution of a look-alike substance on May 7 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Davis allegedly delivered to Chris Lutz 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; distributed a look-alike substance to Chris Lutz in that he delivered purported cocaine.
Danyahle L. Mosley, 31, of 728 N. 16th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of a firearm ammunition by a felon on Oct. 5, 2011, by Illinois State Police. Mosley allegedly possessed in a residence a 20-gauge shotgun and the person had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary on May 15, 2001; possessed in a residence .32-caliber S & W rounds of ammunition.
David R. Stover, 48, of 301 N. Main St., No. 2, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methampehtamine on July 10 by Illinois State Police. Stover allegedly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.
Raynisha R. Vinson, 18, of 1513 N. 13th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 26 by Illinois State Police. Vinson allegedly had in his possession a substance containing Oxycodone.
Michael J. Bosick, 39, of 502 Winslow Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on Aug. 9 by Illinois State Police Investigations. Bosick allegedly participated in the manufacture of 15 or more but less than 100 rams of methamphetamine, with the intent that methamphetamine be produced; had in his possession 15 grams or more but less than 100 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being lithium batteries, muriatic acid and lye, with the intent that the lithium batteries, muriatic acid and lye be used to manufacture mehtamphetamine.
Liron D. Edwards Sr., 33, of 1600 State St., Room D, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to a residence on Sept. 15 by East St. Louis police. Edwards allegedly entered the residence of LaToya McGruder, 1400 Missouri Ave., Apt. 42B, East St. Louis, at a time said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence.
Marques Golliday, 23, of 937 Fisher Court, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of theft on June 27 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Golliday allegedly obtained stolen property of East St. Louis Housing Authority, being a black U.S. Cargo flatbed trailer and a green John Deere Zero Turn Riding Lawnmower, total value in excess of $500.
George Gully III, j31, of 1306 Martin Luther King Drive, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of firearm without a required firearm owner's identification card on Aug. 20 by East St. Louis police. Gully allegedly possessed a firearm, a .9-mm handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun without having a F.O.I.D. Card issued in his name by the Department of the State Police. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Dec. 8, 2006.
Britley L. Green, 22, of 7003 Gary Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property on March 31 by Belleville police. Green allegedly damaged property of Louzar Edwards, a vehicle, a brown 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix in the parking lot of 15 Regency Court, Belleville, said damage in excess of $300.
