Joe and Betty Davis of Shiloh celebrated their 60th anniversary of August 31 with an open house given by their family at Westview Baptist Church.

Joe and the former Betty Palic were married on August 31, 1952 at Pascagoula in Miss.

Joe Davis is retired from maintenance at Monsanto, Sauget and is active with Westview Baptist Church.

Betty Davis is a retired daycare director at Westview Baptist Church and is active with Westview Baptist Church.

They have one child, daughter Gail (Chris) Ure of Arnold, MO.

They have 2 grandchildren, Adam & Allyson Ure.
