The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, OCT. 4

3:33 p.m. Theft -- 1000 block of East Main Street. The victim reported at unknown date, unknown person(s) removed a lawn mower from his property.

3:40 p.m. Identity theft -- 1500 block of West Main Street/300 block of West C Street. The victim reported the suspects used his personal information to obtain utility services at two residences without his permission.

4:30 p.m. Burglary to residence -- First block of North 98th Street. The victim reported her residence being burglarized and property was stolen.

9 p.m. Drunkenness -- Super 8 Motel, 600 E. Main St. John Hunter Jr., 59, was found on the ground and incoherent. Hunter was highly intoxicated. Hunter was arrested, transported where he was held pending sobriety.

10:26 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 100 block of Liberty Torch Court. The victim reported when her grandson returned home at approximately 5:50 p.m., he discovered the suspect in a bedroom and a second unknown black male in the residence. The suspects left the residence.

FRIDAY, OCT. 5

12:06 a.m. Threats -- 700 block of South First Street. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect became upset with her about having other men around. The suspect made threats to come over and shoot up the house. He parked across the street until the victim called 911. The suspect left the scene and was stopped by Belleville officers. No weapons were located.

2:20 a.m. Curfew violation -- Citizens Park. An officer located a 16-year-old juvenile female parked in Citizens Park along with an adult male. She was taken into custody and transported for curfew violation.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, OCT. 4

Termain D. Moore, 18, of 4824 Converse, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Oct. 2 by East St. Louis police. Moore allegedly carried on his person a .32-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Sept. 16, 2009.

Andre C. Williams, 30, of 1350 Hialeah Place, Florissant, Mo., arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense, assault on Oct. 3 by Caseyville police. Williams allegedly made physical contact with Babylyn Paro, a family/household member, in that he grabbed and pulled her by the head; knowingly drew his arm back with a closed fist. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Sept. 27, 2011.

Kristine M. Gibbons, 47, of 1309 N. 17th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on March 1 by Swansea police. Gibbons allegedly took property of Sandra Hangsleben, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Joshua T. Cornett, 18, of 211 S. Charles, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Oct. 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Cornett allegedly entered into a dwelling place of Avonda Schmitz, 14 Sir Authur Court, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.

FRIDAY, OCT. 5

Anthony M. Schaub, 39, of 221 W. Oak St., Millstadt, arrested on suspicion of aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on Oct. 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schaub allegedly knowingly assisted in the production of 100 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine and the defendant knowingly did so within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, being Zion Evangelical Church, 117 W. White St., Millstadt. Schaub knowingly had in his possession 100 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being Coleman fuel, lye, ammonia nitrate.

Chauncy C. Gillespie, 19, of 1607 Wilford Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on Sept. 26 by Belleville police. Gillespie allegedly while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency from the person of Frank Bell, by the use of force.

Ricky Raper, 42, of 8605 Belleview, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of first degree murder, aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on Oct. 3 by Illinois State Police. Raper allegedly drove a 2008 Dodge Charger in a manner and in the direction of a 2001 Mercury Sable operated by Maxsimillion Quarles Gaston, knowing such act created a strong probability of death or great bodily harm, thereby causing the death of Maxsimillion Quarles Gaston; drove a 2008 Dodge Charger, knowing the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer who had signaled the defendant to bring the vehicle to a stop; possessed a 2007 Dodge Charger knowing it to have been stolen.

Dougford G. Butler Jr., 29, of 421 S. 20th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 4 by Fairview Heights police. Butler allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing 3.4-Methylene-dieoxy-methamphetamine.

Jamal L. Wilson, 29, of 1114 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis, unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 5 by East St. Louis police. Wilson allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing 3,4-Methylene-dieoxy-methamphetamine.

Leonta D. Clark, 28, of 4 Marilyn Circle, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on Oct. 3 by Cahokia police. Clark allegedly while armed with a dangerous weapon, a .38-caliber revolver, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from Joshua Doerr by threatening use of force.

James C. Scott, 19, of 4 W. Adams, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on Oct. 3 by Cahokia police. Scott allegedly while armed with a dangerous weapon, a .38 caliber revolver, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from Joshua Doerr by threatening use of force.

Nathan J. Fields, 28, of 913 Wheatridge, Troy, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of cannabis on Aug. 29 by Fairview Heights police. Fields allegedly had in his possession a substance containing amphetamine; and less than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Tairon D. Gully, 40, of 1516 Ohio Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Oct. 4 by East St. Louis police. Gully allegedly carried on his person a .22-caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID card.

Jeremy P. Barr, 37, of 16 Wexford Green, Maryville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence on June 19 by Fairview Heights. Barr allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin; drove a white 2000 Lincoln Town Car on Illinois 161 in Fairview Heights, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in his breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of heroin.

Casey L. Stowers, 42, of 2600 Bond Ave., Apt. 8, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection, subsequent on Oct. 4 by East St. Louis police. Stowers allegedly having been served with an order of protection, knowingly commit an act which was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant made contact with the intent to harass Savannah Brandy, a protected person. The defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful violation of an order of protection on Nov. 20, 2008.

Jimmy J. Mitchem, 28, of 205 N. 35th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Oct. 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Mitchem allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Howard Whitfield, 3311 South Belt West, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.
