James and Dolores Kassly of Belleville have announced the engagement of their daughter Renee Kassly to Gregory Doll, son of Vinton and Mary Jean Doll of Belleville.

Renee is an alumni of McKendree University. She is employed with Allsup Incorporated in Belleville.

Gregory is an alumni of SIU Carbondale and is an enlisted member of the Illinois Air National Guard. He is employed with Norfolk Southern Railroad in Kansas City, Missouri.

The couple is planning an August 2013 wedding.
