Lauren Kleinschmidt and Eric Darr were married on August 11, 2012 at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Columbia.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Diana Kleinschmidt of Millstadt. Her grandparents are Syl and Hilma Kleinschmidt of Millstadt, and Ovid and Judy Queen of Columbia. The groom is the son of Gary and Theresa Darr of Smithton and the grandson of Cyril Determan of Belleville.

The maid of honor was Brittany Kleinschmidt, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jill Steele, Brandi Kujawa, Leslie Larsen, and Katie Niedbalski, friends of the bride. The flower girl was Avery Flowers, cousin of the bride. The best man was Brent Darr, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Michael Kleinschmidt, brother of the bride, Kyle Row, Eric Drinen, and Drew Briesacher, friends of the groom. Ushers were Curtis Mericle and Chris Mosbacher, friends of the couple.

Program attendants were Valerie Queen, cousin of the bride and John Ernst, cousin of the groom.

A reception followed at NEO on Locust in St. Louis.

The bride, a 2004 Gibault High School graduate, earned her bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University and is currently employed at Allsup, Inc.

The groom, a 2003 Gibault High School graduate earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from St. Louis University. He is a CPA at BKD, LLP in St. Louis.

The couple currently resides in St. Louis.
