The audacity of Dennis Van Rockel, president of the National Education Association, to put a wrap around the Fall 2012 NEA Today magazine urging teachers to vote for President Obama, to elect a "pro-public education president again this year."

I trust that such brazen politicking on the part of Van Rockel will rub teachers (who should lead students to think for themselves) the wrong way and incline them to write in candidates who believe in the freedoms enumerated in the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. We shall see.
