The following reports appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

THURSDAY

12:03 p.m. Indecent exposure - Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Guy Mitchell, a 51-year-old male, was arrested after an officer observed him urinating on the building. Mitchell was transported to headquarters where he urinated on the floor in the temporary cell. He was held pending bond/sobriety.
