BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, Nov. 1

8:20 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- Snowdens Bar and Grill, 341 Centerville Ave. Sometime overnight, someone threw a concrete brick through a double pane window causing it to break.

1:18 p.m. Theft -- 2300 block of Frank Scott Parkway West. The victim, a 57-year-old female, reported sometime in the last 24 hours, someone stole her license plates off her vehicle.

6:11 p.m. Domestic battery -- 6900 block of West Main Street. The victim, a 22-year-old female, reported she was allegedly battered by the suspect, a 22-year-old male, during a disturbance. The suspect was gone on arrival.

6:59 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Daryl Walker, 19, was arrested after taking merchandise from the store without paying for it. Walker was transported to headquarters and released after posting bond.

9:14 p.m. Theft -- 800 block of Dewey. The victims, a 29-year-old female and 26-year-old female, reported property was stolen from their respective rooms sometime in the last month. The victims believe an acquaintance, a 33-year-old male, may be responsible for the theft.

11:42 p.m. Traffic stop, driving while suspended --4900 block of West Main Street. The suspect, a 29-year-old male, was arrested during a traffic stop after it was discovered he was driving on a suspended license. The suspect was transported to headquarters and held pending further investigation of felony driving while suspended.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, NOV. 1

Alyssa M. Garavaglia, 24, 4844 Romaine Springs Road, Fenton, Mo., and Lester A. Wheeler, 48, 1113 S. Maple St., Vandalia, Mo. were arrested Oct. 30 on suspicion of burglary by Freeburg police. Garavaglia and Wheeler allegedly entered a building of CWI Commercial Laundry Equipment, Inc., located at 840 State St. in Freeburg, with the intent to commit therein a theft.

FEDERAL COURT

THURSDAY, NOV. 1

Datorian L. Caswell, of Collinsville, was sentenced to 51 months in prison for illegally possessing a firearm when he had been previously convicted of a felony. Upon his release, Caswell will serve three years probation.

WEDNESDAY, Oct. 31

Lester A. Wheeler, 48, of Vandalia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license, obstructing justice and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Andrew S. McFadden, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Brandon L. Ebmeyer, 23, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Demekko M. Fulton, 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Alyssa M. Garavaglia, 23, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Eric D. Buckner, 25, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude police.

John W. Buchanan, 30, of Alorton, was arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Geno J. Sodini, 20, of Maryville, was arrested on two warrants.

Romero D. Franklin, 31, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and a warrant.

Cameron M. Meeks, 23, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to residence.

Tyree D. Browning, 31, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land.

Michael D. Griffin, 22, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land, possession of marijuana and a warrant.

Varnell Burch, 50, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of assault and a warrant.

Freddie Tilmon, 21, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and domestic battery.

Shanell R. Lawrence, 25, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

William A. Brown, 19, of Centreville, was arrested on a warrant.

Justin N. Jones, 22, of Centreville, was arrested on a warrant.

Darius M. Stanley, 18, of Alorton, was arrested on a warrant.

Eric L. King, 20, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a warrant.

Jevon D. Gaston, 25, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of harassment by telephone and a warrant.

Jasmon Pruitt, 23, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Jeremy J. Rockett, 21, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer.

Kenneth J. Hess, 43, of Fairview Heights, was arrested on two warrants.

Kevin E. Sanders, 26, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.
