Saturday is the deadline for early voting in the metro-east although in-person absentee voting will still be offered on Monday.

Thousands of metro-east residents have already cast their ballots ahead of Tuesday's general election.

Absentee voting is available to anyone properly registered. A person may vote an absentee ballot without specifying a reason for the absence on Election Day.

Here's where you can go to vote Saturday:

St. Clair County

Early voting hours at the County Clerk Office in the County Building, 10 Public Square, Belleville, 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Last day for in-person absentee voting at the courthouse: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.

Temporary satellite offices 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at these locations:

* Canteen Township Hall, 5500 Bunkum Road, Washington Park

* Centreville Township Hall, 4831 Bond Ave., Alorton

* Cahokia Fitness and Sports Complex, 509 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia

Madison County

Early voting is set to take place at the County Clerk's Office in the County Administration Building, 157 N. Main St., Edwardsville, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Last day for in-person absentee voting at the administration building: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday.

The county also offers early voting in satellite voting offices, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
