Well the votes are in and East St. Louis has decided to keep its election board. However, the taxpayers of St. Clair County should have a say in the funding of this board -- not the politicians on top of the hill. April 2013 is coming and just maybe the taxpayers would like to have a say in the funding of East St. Louis's Election Board. Put it on the ballot to see if everyone wants to fund this board.
