The Food Network's "Restaurant Impossible" cast and crew is making over the Caseyville Cafe today and Wednesday, but want you to come and see the results during the grand reopening Wednesday at 7 p.m.

The reality show, hosted by Chef Robert Irvine, has one goal, says the network: "Save America's most desperate restaurants from impending failure in just two days with only $10,000."

This episode about the redo of the Caseyville Cafe will not air until early 2013. Watch "Restaurant Impossible" on Wednesday nights on the Food Network.
