The Collinsville City Council is expected to discuss the video gambling referendum during the monthly special meeting and strategic session Tuesday night.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the City Hall Training Room at 125 S. Center in Collinsville.
On Nov. 6, a majority of people voted "no" to this non-binding question: "Should video gaming be prohibited in the city of Collinsville?"
