The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, NOV. 8

7:27 a.m. Burglary -- 100 block of South 17th Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) entered the shed in her back yard and property was stolen.

2:51 p.m. Domestic disturbance, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon -- 3600 block of West A Street. Witnesses reported a domestic disturbance at a neighboring residence. They reported observing a black male walking around the property/lawn area with a sawed off shotgun. Numerous officers and detectives responded to the area. The suspect was located and arrested. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

2:54 p.m. Domestic battery -- 100 block of North 18th Street. The victim reported her husband/suspect punched her in the face during an argument. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending charges.

3:24 p.m. Burglary -- 100 block of Chevy Chase. The victim reported between Nov. 5 and Nov. 8, unknown person(s) entered his residence, rummaged through his property and property was stolen.

7:21 p.m. Attempted burglary -- 700 block of Union Avenue. The victim reported he arrived home and discovered an unknown white male breaking the glass of the rear door, in an attempt to gain entry. The suspect fled the scene, leaving behind property he had taken from the exterior of the house.

FRIDAY, NOV. 9

12:51 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- 10000 block of West Main Street. The occupants were arrested during a traffic stop after officers discovered a controlled substance in their possession. Both suspects were transported to the St. Clair County Jail and held pending further investigation.

9:27 a.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Donovan D. Smith, 18, Joey M. Green, 19, and a juvenile were arrested after allegedly concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying. The suspects were transported to headquarters. Smith and Green were released after posting bond. The juvenile was released to his parent.

10:32 a.m. Retail theft -- Wal-Mart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Deshawn M. Baer, 19, was arrested after allegedly concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying. Baer was transported and held pending bond.

10:52 a.m. Aggravated battery -- BTHS East, 2555 West Boulevard. The suspect was arrested after she allegedly struck the School Resource Officer several times. The suspect was transported to headquarters.

11:35 a.m. Retail theft, obstructing identification -- Wal-Mart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Jerome Edison, 19, and a juvenile were arrested after allegedly taking merchandise without paying for it. Both subjects were transported to headquarters. It was discovered during processing that Edison had originally provided the officer with an incorrect name. Edison was held pending bond. The juvenile was released to his parent.

1:26 p.m. Retail theft -- Ben's Arts and Crafts, 112 E. Main St. Employees reported observing a subject take merchandise without paying for it. The subject fled the area on foot and was not located.

3:51 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- First block of North 15th Street. The victim reported between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., unknown person(s) attempted to enter his residence through the back door.

4:02 p.m. Burglary --1900 block of East D Street. The victim reported between noon and 4:02 p.m., unknown person(s) gained entry to his residence and property was stolen.

8:57 p.m. Domestic battery -- 300 block of Highwood Drive. A juvenile was arrested after she struck her mother/victim during a disturbance. The juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Dentention Center and held pending further investigation.

10:35 p.m. Criminal trespass, failure to comply -- Sullivan's Bar, 907 N. Illinois. Kenneth Brown, 26, allegedly created a disturbance at the bar at 9:50 p.m. and refused to leave. Officers responded and advised Brown to leave and not return. Brown left the area on foot. At 10:35 p.m. officers responded again due to Brown's return. Brown was arrested, transported and released with a notice to appear.

10:50 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- LaSalle and Sherman. Jimmie Roberts, 40, was arrested during a traffic stop after being found in possession of cannabis. Roberts was transported and released after posting bond.

SATURDAY, NOV. 10

1:45 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- 1400 block of North 17th Street. Joseph Richardson, 23, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Richardson was transported and released after posting bond.

8 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of South 20th Street. The reporting party stated between 3 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked tow truck, belonging to Poelkers Towing. The reporting party stated property was stolen.

10:01 a.m. Domestic disturbance, violation of occupancy -- 300 block of West H Street. Officers responded to the apartment for the report of a disturbance between Marquesha T. Clark, 35, and Angela M. Roti, 32. Upon the officers' arrival Clark had jumped out of the window. She was found later. Clark was transported, issued a non traffic citation for Violation Occuapncy and was taken to county on a warrant. Roti was also issued a non traffic citation for Violation of Occupancy.

11:28 a.m. Aggravated battery -- 1000 block of North Charles. A juvenile was arrested after she allegedly damaged her mother's car. During the arrest, the juvenile allegedly pulled away, and attempted to strike one officer and attempted to bite another. The juvenile was restrained, handcuffed, and transported to headquarters. At headquarters the handcuffs were removed, her mother and CHASI were notified.

12:32 p.m. Retail theft -- Eckert's Country Store, 957 S. Greenmount Road. Employees reported an unknown subject ordered a hot lunch from the prep area. The subject then left the store without paying for the food.

2:30 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of North 11th Street. The victim reported between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked gray 2001 Jeep Laredo and property was stolen.

8:50 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- St. Elizabeth's Hospital, 211 S. Third St. Marcus E. Stewart, 40, was arrested for an IDOC parole violation and two St. Clair County warrants. Stewart was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

11:36 p.m. Attempted criminal damage -- 100 block of East B Street. Officers responded to a report of a home invasion in progress. Several officers made contact with the victims, who stated while they were watching TV when unknown person(s) began to knock on the door. The person(s) began kicking the door and covered the peep hole with a shirt. No entry was made and no visible damage occurred to the door. The suspects were gone on arrival.

11:25 p.m. Residential burglary -- 400 block of North Pennsylvania. The victim reported between 12:45 p.m. and 9:40 p.m., unknown person(s) broke a window to enter his house and ransacked his bedroom and living room.

11:30 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 300 block of North 45th Street. The victim reported her bedroom window was broken out. A rock was discovered to have been thrown at the window.

11:44 p.m. Battery -- 200 block of North Eighth Street. The victim reported she was struck inthe face by the suspect while riding in a vehicle. The driver, Jessica Cary, 21, then grabbed the victim and dragged her out of the vehicle and began to chase her on foot. The victim signed a non traffic citation for battery against Cary. Cary was arrested, transported and released after posting bond. The juvenile suspect was gone on arrival.

SUNDAY, NOV. 11

1:23 a.m. Violation of an order of protection -- Belleville Inn & Suites, 931 S. Belt West. Officers responded to the Belleville Inn and Suites for a report of shots fired. The victim and suspect exited the room. It was discovered the suspect broke a mirror in the bathroom and broke a picture frame. The victim has an active order of protection against the suspect. The suspect was transported to an area hospital for injuries.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

Gloria D. Baker, 51, of 1226 Olive St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 1 by Fairmont City police. Baker allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Lamone A. Waller Jr., 19, of 1144 Water St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on Nov. 11 by Cahokia police. Waller allegedly entered a motor vehicle, a gold 2001 Dodge Durango of Charles Sheard, 805 Nelson, Cahokia, with intent to commit theft therein. Waller knowingly entered a red 2001 Ford Focus, of Richard Minor, 803 Nelson, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Donald F. Aten Jr., 45, of 8301 Old St. Louis Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to peace officer, driving under the influence on Nov. 11 by Belleville police. Aten allegedly spat in the face of Mark Stuhistatz knowing Stuhlstatz to be a police officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties. Aten drove a brown 1992 Dodge Dakota on Orchard Lake Circle in Belleville, while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

Ronald P. Fischer, 36, of 203 Jarvis, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of four counts of child pornography, residential burglary, resisting a peace officer on Nov. 10 by Shiloh police. Fischer allegedly was a person having care of a child under the age of 18 years, knowingly arranged arranged for such child to appear in a videotape/digital video involving lewd exhibition and unclothed; knowingly entered into the dwelling place of Stuart Smith, 103 Cornelius, Shiloh, with the intent to commit therein obstruct justice by destroying physical evidence; knowingly resisted the performance of Zachary Green, of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Ronald Fischer, knowing Zachary Green to be a peace officer engaged in his official duties, in that he refused to put his hands behind his back and continued to pull away while Officer Green attempted to handcuff him.

Brian K. Townsend, 29, of 624 E. McKinley St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint, three counts of domestic battery, subsequent offense, on Oct. 5 by Belleville police. Townsend allegedly detained Amanda Townsend against her will in that by use of physical force and threats the defendant prevented Townsend from leaving the residence at 715 Ann St., Belleville; knowingly made physical contact with Amanda M. Townsend, a family/household member, by striking her in the head with his fists, bit her about the body with his teeth, struck her about the body with his fists. The defendant had been convicted of domestic battery on Jan. 13, 2012.

Dominic D. Handy, 19, of 1530 Franklin Ave., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on Nov. 9 by Fairview Heights police. Handy allegedly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannbis.

Christopher Q. Tidwell, 19, of 505 Sumner Blvd., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful posession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of cannabis on Nov. 9 by Fairview Heights police. Tidwell allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Steven C. Washington, 48, of 57 Phillips Drive, Apt. 3, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to notify change address by a sex offender, subsequent on Nov. 11 by Fairview Heights police. Washington allegedly failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act with the chief of police in Fairview Heights. The defendant had been convicted of unlawful failure to notify of a change of address as a sex offender on Nov. 8, 2004.

Deangelo M. Lumas, 21, of 36 Louise, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery subsequent on Nov. 9 by Lebanon police. Lumas allegedly made contact with Natasha Lumas, a family/household member, striking her face. Defendant had been convicted of domestic battery on June 29, 2009.

Brittney L. Sawyer, 18, of 7626 Dale Ave., Apt. A, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on Nov. 9 by Fairview Heights police. Sawyer allegedly took merchandise from Macy's in Fairview Heights, being 13 items of clothing, including a pair of shorts, six tops, two pair of pants, two jackets, one skirt and one sweater, total retail value in excess of $300.

Andrew Arndt, 34, of 35 Van Mark Way, Brentwood, Mo., arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, subsequent on Nov. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Arndt allegedly drove a 2002 black Ford Focus on Bunkum Road in Washington Park, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license suspended on May 2, 2012.

Erik R. Fenderson, 33, homeless, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as sex offender, subsequent on Nov. 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Fenderson allegedly failed to register in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the Sheriff, St. Clair County, where he was temporarily domiciled for three days or more. Defendant had been convicted of failure to notify of a change of address as a sex offender on March 28, 2005.

Ronald C. Simpkins, 46, of 121 Timber St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, subsequent on Nov. 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Simpkins allegedly drove a green 1999 Mazda Protege on Route 15 in Belleville under the influence of alcohol while his driver's license was revoked. Defendant had ommitted the offense of driving under the influence on Oct. 18, 2008 and June 9, 2006. The defendant had been convicted of driving while lIcense is revoked on Sept. 8, 2011.

Tony D. Thomas, 33, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Alorton police.

Jeffrey M. Schumer, 22, of Columbia, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Steven W. Williams, 35, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

David M. Monroe, 37, of New Baden, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery by Belleville police.

Deandre A. Henderson, 23, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Montrell A. Taylor, 20 of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, driver and passenger seat belt violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Antoine L. Pasley, 33, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to state supported property by East St. Louis police.

Wendell J. Ellis, 24, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of crimianl trespass to land, possession of cannabis by East St. Louis police.

Brandon D. Billops, 20, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land, delivery or possession with intent to deliver, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Daurice K. Schoefield, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to state supported property, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Calvert L. Gamble, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice by East St. Louis police.

Jared J. Brock, 30, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Kelvin B. Rogers, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by Freeburg police.

Michael P. Guzman, 23, of Fort Wayne, Ind., arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, illegal entry, alien, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
