Victorian Holiday Festival -- Friday-Sunday, downtown Lebanon. Celebrates the city's most famous visitor, author Charles Dickens. On Friday evening, all lights are turned off while The Old Lamplighter walks the streets and lights the downtown for the holidays. Photos with Victorian Father Christmas, horse-drawn carriage rides, street vendors; restaurant and taverns serve food and beverages. Mermaid Inn open to the public for free guided tours.
