BELLEVILLE POLICE
SUNDAY, NOV. 11
7:33 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1800 block of Raab Avenue. The victim reported on Nov. 11 at approximately 3:18 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked red 1997 Ford E-150 van and property was stolen.
8:10 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 28th Street. The victim reported between 6 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered his green Jeep Cherokee and property was stolen. The property was later located in the 100 block of Verne.
8:28 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 30th Street. The victim reported between 33 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked silver 2003 Chevrolet Impala and property was stolen.
9:24 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 500 block of East B Street. The victim reported between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m., unknown suspect(s) gained entry in to his residence/business office by breaking the glass window on the rear door and property was stolen.
11:38 a.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Two juveniles were arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying. Both juveniles were transported and released to their parents.
12:56 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South 39th Street. The victim reported between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked white 1992 Ford T-Bird and property was stolen.
1:02 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 3300 block of West A Street. The victim reported at approximately 1:59 p.m., unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and property was stolen. At 11:45 p.m. the victim's property was recovered.
3:43 p.m. Criminal damage to residence -- 300 block of Sherman. The victim reported between 12:05 a.m. and 2 p.m., unknown suspect(s) damaged a window and a stained glass window with a marble.
6:25 p.m. Theft, theft of a controlled substance -- 500 block of North 41st Street. The victim reported her son/suspect entered her residence and allegedly took property along with her prescription.
7:30 p.m. Criminal damage to property, occupancy violation -- 400 block of East Washington. Rochelle A. Lafour, 24, was taken into custody after she damaged the wall to the apartment. She was also issued a non traffic citation for occupancy violation.
7:40 p.m. Arrest, aggravated domestic battery, supplemental -- 700 block of Ann. The suspect was arrested and transported to headquarters and held pending further investigation of an aggravated battery that occurred on Oct. 5.
9:20 p.m. Disturbance on a Sunday -- Big Daddy's parking lot, 313 E. Main St. Officers responded to the rear parking lot for the report of a disturbance. Steven E. Huskey, 25, was discovered yelling and using profanity at a female and at officers. He was uncooperative and taken into custody. He was transported and released after posting bond.
9:34 p.m. Traffic stop, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia -- 5000 block of West Main. The driver was arrested after he nearly caused an accident at Main and North Belt West. Drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle. The suspect was transported and released after posting bond.
11:46 p.m. Driving under the influence, aggravated battery to a police officer -- 1400 block or Orchard Lake Circle. Officers responded to the report of a truck stuck in the mud. The driver/suspect was discovered in possession of the truck and highly intoxicated. He was transported to headquarters. While in police custody the suspect spit in an officer's face and had to be restrained. The suspect again became aggressive and was tasered by officers. The suspect was held pending further investigation.
MONDAY, NOV. 12
1:18 a.m. Aggravated fleeing, driving under the influence, possession of cannabis -- 2200 block of Illinois Route 15. An officer responded to the area of Green Mount and Route 15 for an emergency broadcast of a wrong way driver east bound in the west bound lanes. The suspect vehicle was located going over 100 mph.. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle as it headed towards Freeburg. The vehicle stopped and the female driver appeared to be highly intoxicated and was found to be in possession of cannabis. The driver was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.
6:24 a.m. Burglary to business -- Subway, 1140 S. Illinois. The owner reported between Nov. 11 at 9:30 p.m. and Nov. 12 at 6:15 a.m., forced entry was gained through the drive through window on the south side of the building.
6:50 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of North 14th Street. The victim reported at 6:50 a.m., he awoke to an unknown suspect breaking the storm window in his bedroom and reaching in, in an attempt to steal property. When the victim alerted the suspect of his presence, the suspect fled the area.
11:06 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- 2100 block of West Main Street. The victim reported Bianca L. Lindsey, 35, allegedly pushed her during an argument. Lindsey was arrested, transported and released with a notice to appear.
1:34 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Back 2 Health, 1820 N. Belt East. The office manager reported sometime overnight, the front door glass was shattered by unknown means.
8:40 p.m. Domestic battery -- 800 block of North Charles Street. The suspect was arrested after officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and discovered he had struck his girlfriend/victim. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.
11:05 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- Lebanon Avenue at North High Street. Brandon Young, 20, was arrested during a traffic stop after officers discovered he had cannabis in his possession. Young was transported and released after posting bond.
tuesday, nov. 13
1:28 a.m. Trespassing -- First block of South 16th Street. Ricardo Chagalay was arrested after he refused to leave the victim's residence after being asked to do so. Chagalay was transported and held pending bond.
3:37 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 500 block of South Charles Street. The suspect was arrested after damaging a door and ransacking the victim's residence. The suspect was transported and later released to his mother, pending further investigation by the Juvenile Detective division.
6:22 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- Model Auto Sales, 208 Lebanon Ave. The owner reported between 5 p.m. and 5:40 a.m., a tan 2000 Chevrolet S-10 was stolen.
12:49 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested after concealing merchanidise and leaving the store without purchasing the items. The juvenile was transported and held awaiting a parent's arrival.
1:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Jasmine Harper, 21, was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without purchasing the items. Harper was transported and held pending bond.
3:35 p.m. Theft -- Schnucks, 5720 N. Belt West. The victim reported on Nov. 12 at approximately 7 p.m., an unknown suspect stole her wallet from her purse while she was shopping. She stated the suspect also used her debit card at unknown locations.
8:27 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of Walnut. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the front window of her residence and property was stolen.
8:35 p.m. Assist other agency, aggravated unlawful discharge of a firearm --Vicksburg at Mill Springs Road. The suspect was arrested when officers responded to the area to assist St. Clair County deputies for a report of shots fired call. Officers located the suspect vehicle fleeing the scene. Officers conducted a felony stop on the vehicle and took the suspect into custody and turned him over to St. Clair County sheriff's department.
10:09 p.m. Traffic stop, possession precursors to the production of methamphetamine -- First block of South 9th Street. The occupants were arrested during a traffic stop after officers discovered several items and ingredients used in the production of methamphetamine. All three subjects were transported to the St. Clair County Jail and held pending further investigation.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14
Charles D. Rozier, 30, of 2926 Samuel Shepard, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of deceptive practices, unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 12 by Fairview Heights police. Rozier allegedly with intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of hhgregg Appliances Inc. 5925 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being a television, a PlayStation and a remote, knowingly delivered a certain bank check to an employee of said corporation, dated Nov. 12, drawn on the U.S. Bank, payable to HHGregg in the amount of $650.06, and signed as drawer Charles D. Rozier, knowing said check would not be paid by the depository. Rozier knowingly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Theresa Owens, 33, of 203 N. Fritz St., Apt. 308, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of deceptive practice on Nov. 12 by Fairview Heights police. Owens allegedly with intent to defraud and obtain control over property of HHGregg Appliances Inc., 5925 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being a television, a remote and a PlayStation 3, knowingly delivered a certain bank check to an employee of said cooperation, dated Nov. 12, drawn on the U.S. Bank, payable to HHGregg in the amount of $650.06, and signed as drawer Charles D. Jarae D. Lilton, 26, 38 Fourscore St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Nov. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Lilton allegedly falsely represented to Kohl's, 6109 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, that he, was the lawful owner of six pairs of jeans, with a retail value not in excess of $300, and conveyed those pairs of jeans to Kohl's, who was in fact the lawful owner of such merchandise, in exchange for $243,58 corporate refund. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft, Subsequent Offense on Jan. 9, 2009.
Kaprix Sloan, 18, of 307 Short St., Brooklyn, arrested on suspicion of escape, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Aug. 19 by Illinois State Police. Sloan allegedly while in the lawful custody of Marcus Smith, a peace officer for the village of Brooklyn, for the alleged commission of a felony offense, being Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, intentionally escaped from Marcus Smith. Sloan knowingly carried on his person a handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.
Quinten M. Allen, 24, of 107 Kassing Ave., Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Allen allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing herion.
David J. Hollins, 42, of 310 Isabell, Cahokia; Alisha E. Johnson, 22, of 414 Levin Drive, Cahokia; Melissa A. Wilbourn, 31, of 234 Judith Lane, Cahokia arrested on suspicion of five counts of endangering the life of a child on Aug. 22 by Cahokia police. Hollins allegedly permitted the life of a male minor, date of birth June 9, 2011, in that said defendant left the male minor unsupervised in a residence with four other minor children 11 years of age and younger, and the male minor was beaten to death by another minor in the residence, and such endangerment is a proximate cause of death.
Gerald L. Stuck, 34, of 16 N. 46th St., Apt. 5, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Stuck allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Robert Hilkey, 20, of 6448 Hulliung Road, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Sept. 5 by St. Clair County sheriff. Hilkey allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Nathan A. Bush, 30, of 1100 Niedringhaus Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on Nov. 13 by St. Clair County sheriff. Bush allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor in standard dose form, being a substance containing pseudoephedrine, with the intent that it be used to manufacture a substance containing methamphetamine. Bush knowingly had in his possession methaphetamine manufacturing materials, being Lithium batteries, Heet, cold packs with the intent that the lithium batteries, Heet and cold packs be used to manufacture methamphetamine.
