BND's elevated thinking

Published: November 15, 2012

In the Tuesday BND editorial, the author for the paper touted the sensible values and thinking of the middle class, emphasizing that they were the solid-thinking, sober-judging people that politicians need to address, not the extreme right or left. As the author states, "The vast majority of us are in the middle, a.k.a. independents, undecided, or moderates. We don't think in extremes." " We in the middle cannot be bought. You sway us with your ideas, your character and your actions."

So let's see what changed in the corrupt state of Illinois. Nothing. It just got worse. A state that voted 57.3 percent for Obama to 41 percent for Romney (oh, he is so radical) and strengthened the gains of the Democrats in the state houses, the new and improved Santa Claus party. Yea, it's a good thing you stalwart independents, undecided, and moderates stepped in this election and voted for the candidate with "character" and had shown the proper "actions." If only the rest of us could elevate our thinking as you do.
