BELLEVILLE POLICE

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14

8:29 a.m. Domestic battery -- 600 block of Centerville Ave. Officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a domestic battery. The victim reported being in an argument with her boyfriend/suspect in their residence at 6 a.m., during which he battered her. The victim left the residence and was later transported to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. At 8:50 p.m. the suspect was located and arrested. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

945 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of North 37th Street. The victim reported between 6 a.m. and 9:45 a.m., unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the residence through a broken window and property was stolen.

10:17 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Bel-Air Bowl, 200 South Belt West. The victim reported on Nov. 13 between 8:30 p.m. and 10 p.m., unknown suspects entered her unlocked red 2001 Dodge Stratus and property was stolen.

10:52 a.m. Residential burglary -- 300 block of Sandra Drive. The victim reported sometime in the last week, unknown person(s) entered the residence and property was stolen.

12:05 p.m. Retail theft -- Family Dollar, 314 N. Illinois St. The manager reported an unknown suspect concealed merchandise and left the store without paying for the items. The suspect was gone on arrival.

2:38 p.m. Domestic battery -- 1200 block of State Street Road. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her during an argument. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

3:17 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Belleville West High School, 4063 Frank Scott Parkway. Two students started fighting each other when school let out. Both were escorted back into the school where they were later released to their respective guardians.

7:07 p.m. Attempted burglary to residence -- 1000 block of West E Street. The victim reported between 3:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry to the residence.

7:43 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported sometime overnight her vehicle's rear passenger door was keyed.

9:25 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 100 block of South 27th Street. Officers responded for a report of two juveniles fighting. Officers made contact with the suspect and her brother/victim. The victim stated the suspect punched him in the face and pulled a knife on him. The victim had scratches on his face, neck and left side and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.

thursday, nov. 15

Antwon J. Johnson, 21, of 2917 West Blvd., Apt. 10, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of reckless discharge of a firearm on Nov. 13 by the St. Clair County sheriff.

Michael J. Pasterski, 57, of 216 Elm Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Nov. 14 by Fairview Heights. Pasterski allegedly carried in a vehicle a .38-caliber revolver at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, and said defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the cannabis control act.

Paul J. Jones Jr., 21, of 436 N. 56th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on Nov. 14 by Centreville police. Jones allegedly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Allen Y. Holloway Jr., 45, of 4320 Bunkum Road, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion n of theft over $10,000, theft over $500, two counts of criminal damage to property on Nov. 13 by East St. Louis police. Holloway allegedly took property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, having total value in excess of $10,000; tool property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, having total value in excess of $500; knowingly damaged property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, the value of said damage being in excess of $10,000; knowingly damaged property of AT&T Corp, being copper cable wire, the value of said damage being in excess of $300.

Lorenzo W. Bruce, 43, of 1709 N. 43rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft over $10,000, theft over $500, two counts of criminal damage to property on Nov. 13 by East St. Louis police. Bruce allegedly took property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, having total value in excess of $10,000; tool property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, having total value in excess of $500; knowingly damaged property of AT&T Corp., being copper cable wire, the value of said damage being in excess of $10,000; knowingly damaged property of AT&T Corp, being copper cable wire, the value of said damage being in excess of $300.

Antonio M. Patton, 18, of 745 N. 81st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Nov. 12 by East St. Louis police. Patton allegedly entered a building, a school, the East St. Louis Senior High School, 4901 State St., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Joseph J. Spencer, 18, of 6952 Park Place, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Nov. 12 by East St. Louis police. Spencer allegedly entered a building, a school, the East St. Louis Senior High School, 4901 State St., East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Johnny M. Glover, 19, of 1032 Division Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, subsequent offense, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on Nov. 13 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Glover allegedly possessed in a vehicle a firearm, a .32-caliber Smith & Wesson revolver, at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode or fixed place of business, or on the land or in the dwelling of a person as in invitee. The defendant had not been issued a current FOID Card. Glover knowingly possessed firearm ammunition, .32-caliber live rounds. Defendant had been previously convicted of Criminal Trespass to a Residence on Oct. 17, 2011.

Quintrell C. Coleman, 20, of 1801 Kansas, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on Nov. 14 by East St. Louis police. Coleman allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; while operating a motor vehicle, a green 1997 Pontiac, was given a visual signal by a police officer, Ontourio Eiland, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said car to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.
