Thursday's Belleville News-Democrat included on page A8, an article by Tony Pugh of McClatchey Newspapers indicates in the sixth paragraph that: "The law, which critics have derisively referred to as "Obamacare," requires all Americans to have health insurance in 2014 or pay a fine."

This statement is inaccurate and misleading. I suggest that Mr. Pugh determine which groups of individuals will not have to pay a fine for not buying insurance and publish what he finds out.
