I voted "no" on the special attorney because I cannot support an attorney from Cook County when we have attorneys here who can do the same things; in fact, the procedural motion that needed to be filed I believe our own staff can do.

Also, there was nothing in advance in the packet to give an indication of what this agenda item was. I am tired of surprises.
