The new political game plan

Published: November 19, 2012

I must congratulate the members of President Obama's ground team. They showed everyone a strategy for success.

First, you use the power of the liberal media to disparage your opponent, misportraying him as "out of touch," thus creating a class division. You use moles who collect quotes that can be misconstrued, thus further demonizing the rich.

No areais untouchable. When abortion is brought up, be sure to get the women all fired up about the imaginary "war on women" that your opponents is waging. Having your staff refer to the opponent as a bunch of "angry white men" will entrench your support in the black community, and supporting gay marriage puts the homosexual crowd on your side as well. Persuade the older population that your opponent is going to kick them out into the street. Don't let them hear the facts, but keep them focused on your rhetoric.

These tactics are the modus operandi for Democrats.

Take cheer, Republicans. Here are the things we can anticipate. When Obamacare is found to be a burdensome, costly and ration-filled system, Obama will have to answer the expected criticism. We will find out what Obama meant when he told Russia's Vladimir Putin he would be more flexible after the election.

We will also find out how Obama will function without another campaign in his future. Will he continue to suffer from "Blame Bush Syndrome"? Will he surpass his personal best on the greens?

"Fore" more years. Sigh.
