ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, NOV. 19
Donna M. Johnson, 39, of 303 S. Eighth St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful communication with a witness, unlawful possession of cannabis, criminal trespass to a residence, domestic battery, criminal damage to property on Nov. 14 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly with the intent to deter Carmenicia Dixon, a witness, from testifying freely, fully and truthfully to a matter then pending in the St. Clair County Illinois Circuit Court, being the prosecution of Antwon Johnson for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and reckless discharge of a firearm, directly communicated to Carmenicia Dixon a threat of injury to her person; knowingly had in her possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis; knowingly entered the residence of James Dixon, 7 Edgewood Lane, Belleville, at a time when said defendant knew that one or more persons were present in that residence; knowingly made physical contact with James T. Dixon, a family/household member of Donna M. Johnson, in that said defendant punched James Dixon in his face with her fist; knowingly damaged property of James T. Dixon, a vase in the residence located at 7 Edgewood Lane, Belleville, without his consent, said damage not in excess of $300.
Daniel J. Torres, 20, of 349 N. Division, DuQuoin, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Nov. 15 by Fairview Heights police. Torres allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Tyron L. Howard, 33, of 125 Chevy Chase Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft, subsequent and battery on Nov. 15 by Belleville police. Howard allegedly took control of property of Geoff Decker, being a pack of Pall Mall cigarettes, total value not in excess of $500; knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Geoff Decker, in that said defendant spit on Geoff Decker. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on April 7, 1999.
Piotr M. Sulzwski, 38, of 7916 Lawrence Ave., Norridge, arrested on suspicion of aggravated criminal sex abuse, victim 13-17 years of age and criminal sexual abuse by force on Nov. 15 by O'Fallon police. Sulzwski allegedly committed an act of sexual conduct with a female minor with a date of birth of Nov. 22, 1995; knowingly committed a criminal sexual abuse of a female by force.
Michael J. Winkelmann, 44, of 107 N. Church St., Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 18 by East Carondelet police. Winkelmann allegedly had in his possession a substance containing oxycodone.
Norman L. Forrest, 58, of 404 S. 10th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of burglary (two counts) on Nov. 18 by Belleville police. Forrest allegedly entered a part of a building of Terry Matthews, being the b asement, located at 321 E. A St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Charles E. Hawkins, 40, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
Jamie S. Butler, 27, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Daniel Polites, 22, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, three traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.
Demario S. Garner, 21, of East St. Louis, traffic violation by Illinois State Police.
Demarcus S. Garner, 19, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 and probation violation by Illinois State Police.
Anthony E. Tarvin, 24, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer by St. Clair County sheriff.
Shawn L. Steele, 21, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer, traffic violation by Belleville police.

tuesday, NOV. 20
Anthony Montez Taylor, 44, of East St. Louis entered a plea of guilty in federal court to possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine. Sentencing is currently scheduled for March 1, 2013, at which time Taylor faces a minimum sentence of five years to a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
