A mother and son duo from Belleville has been charged in connection with three residential burglaries over the last three months in two different metro-east cities.
Elizabeth A. Jenner, 50, and Joshua B. Jenner, 27, both of 2625 Lebanon Ave., Belleville, were charged Wednesday with three counts of residential burglary, all Class 1 felonies, by St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office.
The mother and son are believed to be responsible for at least three burglaries over the last three months.
They allegedly burglarized a home on Vanderbilt in O'Fallon in September, then another home on Rand Lane in Swansea in October and a third home on Joy Drive in November.
Both Elizabeth and Joshua Jenner are currently in custody at St. Clair County Jail. Elizabeth Jenner is being held in lieu of $250,000 bond, and Joshua Jenner is being held in lieu of $200,000 bond.
