Securing our borders is a "war" that we can and must win. Who and what is coming into this great nation with impunity? Legal entrance, yes. Illegal entry, no.

Much of Mexico is falling into an abyss that appears to have no bottom. If I were an Islamic terrorist, this is where I'd have a better than even chance to succeed for entry and terrorist missions. God forbid that this has already happened and is already in place (sleeper cells).

Where would the terrorists derive the best bang for the buck? How about the next State of the Union speech, when the lion's share of the American government is assembled in one place in January? Please know that I want to be so very wrong re: this reality in becoming.

Am I the only one who believes we have a greater need by far to insist on legal entry at our southern border than we do in "hell," a.k.a. Afghanistan?

Please, Mr. President, get us out of this eternal sot of a nation and secure our own borders first.
