Well, our newly re-elected president lied to the American people again.

Because seven out of 10 households own a firearm, President Obama promised us that he was a firm believer in the law and Second Amendment rights. Surprise, he contacted the United Nations and said to reconvene the World Small Arms Treaty committee, that he now could sign it. That is the treaty that would regulate private ownership of small arms, weapons of war and ammunition law. Only single shotguns and rifles were allowed.

Obama had 52 senators sign a statement delivered to him that the treaty was dead on arrival. Another nine senators told him from his own party that they would vote against it. All said they would never be elected again in their state if they signed it.

It takes a two-thirds majority to pass a treaty in the Senate. Obama has two-thirds against him.

Obama from his post-election news releases and actions has shown his true far-left agenda since he can not be elected again. People believed in all his campaign lies the second time and voted for him even with his past four years' actions.

We truly are that stupid and are getting exactly what we deserve.
