An East St. Louis man has pleaded guilty to charges of aiding and abetting a kidnapping for his role in a kidnapping and assault in Missouri.

Quavondris L Graves, 21 of 816 N. 39th St., admitted in St. Louis Federal Court that in July he participated in the assault of a man who was then forced into a car and taken across the Mississippi River.

Graves is scheduled to be sentenced in March in St. Louis.
