When Rick Perry, Republican, tried to run for president of all of the United States and failed, he was also suggesting that Texas leave the USA. It is impossible to do that. I wonder what else he would have suggested had he become president.

I will write about Texas even though a number of Southern states also want to be on their own. For $1 Texas sends to Washington, it receives $1.70 back. It's their loss.

While were at it, let's close the military bases, the border patrol, the Coast Guard, Social Security, food stamps, Medicare and Medicaid. Then there are the interstate highways and bridges that will not be funded.

Many companies own businesses like chemical plants and oil refineries that are owned by stockholders up north. We should block all the roads, put ports of entry protected by the border guards that will be removed between Mexico and Texas, railroads and airplanes that enter our country. They can get their own traffic controllers also.

All food products and other things made in Texas would be levied a heavy tariff in order to be sold in the USA.

There is much more that escapes me but I will think about that later. I can't wait for Republican officials to petition the courts to leave us. If that is how they feel, they are not good enough to be in my country.

There are a lot of good Texans. Many of them are friends of mine and did not vote for Perry. They are welcome to move here or visit up north without a visa.

Texas should hurry up and get out of the USA so we can save money.
