Let's stop blaming our president for the bad economy. Going back in time I did not realize it, but most of our current problems started with President Bush's generous tax cuts.
As I remember, it seemed like a good deal for everyone, especially the rich who became richer. Now belatedly I see it much differently. It has caused our national economy to spiral out of control and our economy is now faltering.
The days of wine and roses are coming to an end, and to stay out of a recesion we are all going to have to tighten our belts a little tighter.
For starters the top 2 percent of our wealthest Americans will have to get used to getting richer a little bit slower.
