To the O'Fallon High School hockey player in the black Malibu: Please slow it down when cutting through the alley behind my house. I know how important it is to get in front of a couple of cars when traffic is backed up on Highway 50, but going 50 mph down my alley while my two kids are outside playing is completely unacceptable.
