The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, NOV. 26

8:15 a.m. Burglary to business -- Belleville Automotive, 1200 W. Main St. The business owner/victim reported between Nov. 23 at 11:15 a.m. and Nov. 26 at 7:45 a.m., unknown person(s) took property from inside the business.

8:55 a.m. Theft over $500 -- Oliver C. Joseph, 3795 W. Illinois 15. The sales manager reported sometime overnight six tires were stolen from Jeeps parked on their parking lot. The suspects attempted to steal six more, but were unsuccessful.

10:57 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- North 17th Street at Texas Avenue. The Street Department supervisor located damage to the right of way, where a vehicle drove through the grass/mud and damaged the lawn at North 17th Street at Texas Avenue. This area is maintained by the City of Belleville. Witnesses observed a subject drive a blue truck through the damaged property. A nontraffic citation was signed for the damage to property.

11:18 a.m. Residential burglary -- 500 block of North 27th Street. The victim reported between 9:30 a.m. and 11:18 a.m., an unknown person forced entry to his residence and property was stolen.

6:41 p.m. Theft -- 1300 block of Orchard Drive. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect came to her apartment while her roommate was home; he walked in through the unopened door, and took several items. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect for theft.

8:11 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- North Jackson at East B Street. Joseph Lampe, 22, was arrested during a traffic stop after officers located cannabis in his vehicle. Lampe was transported and later released after posting bond.

10:37 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Illinois 157 and Red Bud Lane. The driver/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop after officers located a controlled substance in his vehicle. The suspect was transported and later transported to the St. Clair County Jail and held pending further investigation.

10:40 p.m. Armed robbery -- Casey's, 1706 Mascoutah Ave. Gas station employees reported a black male, approximately 5'10", wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a ski mask, dark colored jeans, entered the store, pointed a pistol at them and demanded money. The suspect took U.S. currency and fled the scene.

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

8:13 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Gatewood Court. The victim reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and property was stolen.

12:08 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Two suspects were observed stealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying. Both suspects were transported to headquarters. The juvenile was released to a relative. The second suspect was held pending investigation of felony retail theft.

2:01 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 100 block of North 82nd Street. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) damaged the east side screen door of her residence with a BB gun.

2:49 p.m. Lost, stolen license plate -- 600 block of East Garfield. The victim reported her front license plate was lost or stolen from her 2001 Ford Explorer.

5:20 p.m. Residential burglary -- 300 block of Clearview Drive. The reporting party stated he stopped by the victim's residence with their daughter when they discovered a back window broken out and items missing from the residence. The incident occurred sometime between 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 26 and 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 27.

6:54 p.m. Domestic battery -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The suspect was arrested when officers responded to a domestic disturbance and discovered the suspect had thrown his girlfriend/victim to the floor during an argument and had damaged the door of the apartment, wedging it shut. When officers arrived they heard the victim yelling for help and attempted to gain entry but the suspect was putting his weight against the door to impede their progress. Officers were able to gain entry and took the suspect into custody. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

8:01 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Renner's Funeral Home, 120 N. Illinois St. The victim reported she discovered her tire had been slashed while it was on the parking lot.

9:20 p.m. Suspicious incident -- East B Street at North Jackson. The victim reported he was walking down East B Street when a silver four-door sedan, driven by an unknown heavy-set subject stopped and the subject asked him for directions. The victim stated when he approached the car to give the subject directions, the subject grabbed his hand and tried to pull his arm into the vehicle, toward his genitals. The victim struck the subject in the face with his fist and pulled away from him, at which time the subject fled the scene.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 28

11:29 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1100 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and property was stolen.

2:04 p.m. Residential burglary -- 800 block of Park Avenue. The victim reported between 10 p.m. Nov. 27 and 2:04 p.m. Nov. 28, unknown person(s) forced entry to her residence through a window an dproperty was stolen.

2:24 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Kimberlin. The victim reported between 11:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. unknown person(s) forced entry to the residence through a basement door.

8:33 p.m. Juvenile disturbance -- 700 block of Carlyle Avenue. Officers responded to a report of a fight in progress. On arrival officers observed several juveniles pushing each other. The juveniles, who had left a basketball game at Belleville East High School, were identified and released.

10:33 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. The victim reported a tire on her vehicle had been slashed.

11:21 p.m. Residential burglary -- First block of High Forest. The victim reported between 6:52 p.m. and 11:21 p.m. unknown person(s) entered his residence and property was stolen.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

Lewis Johnson Jr., 43, of 1257 N. 49th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on Aug. 8 by East St. Louis police. Johnson allegedly possessed with intent to deliver 1 grams or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Jessie D. Mosley, 17, of 1700 Market St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Nov. 26 by East St. Louis police. Mosley allegedly carried on his person a .40-caliber gun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

Amy L. Bellm, 51, of 8787 Sasak Place, Room 220, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dept. 13 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Bellm allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Dawn L. Dubs, 35, of 18 Pageant Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft and two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance over $300 on Sept. 18 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Dubs allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being a tote and a Dell Inspiron brand computer, total retail values in excess of $300, knowingly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin and had in her possession a substance containing alprazolam.

Charles J. Belfield, 47, of 7417 Makeeta Farms Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Nov. 26 by St. Clair County sheriff. Belfield allegedly produced more than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine, and the defendant knowingly did so in a structure protected by a surveillance system. Belfield knowingly particpated in the manufacture of 900 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine; had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being ammonium nitrate, lye and Coleman fuel; and had in his possession 900 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 28

Thomas T. Bohanna, 21, of 3618 Linden Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on Oct. 27 by East St. Louis polcie. Bohanna allegedly made physical contact with Marray Butler, a family/household member, in that he struck Butler in the face. Defendant had been previously convicted of dometic battery - subsequent on Jan. 18, 2011.

Deangelo M. Lumas, 21, of 312 E. McAllister, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of retail theft over $300 on Aug. 28 by O'Fallon police. Lumas allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being hair accessories, a computer, a manicure set and other merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Roger D. Scott II, 41, of 507 John St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Nov. 17 by St. Clair County sheriff. Scott allegedly exerted control over property of Don Buneta, being air conditioning parts, total value not in excess of $500. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle on May 11, 2000.

Shanta N. Shumpert, 37, homeless, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon on Nov. 27 by Fairview Heights police. Shumpert allegedly who had been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed in her dwelling firearm ammunition, being a .38-caliber bullet. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated battery on Feb. 7, 2005.

Michael D. Cody, 36, of 5910 N. Park Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of aggravated battery of a child, two counts of domestic battery on Nov. 16 by Centreville police. Cody allegedly strangled Jessica Golliday, a family/household member, in that the said defendant placed his hands around her throat thereby making it difficult for her to breathe; knowingly caused bodily harm to a minor child, in that he struck the child in the face with his fist and slapped the child on the side of his head with his hand; and struck Jessica Golliday in the head with his fist and pushed the victim about the body with his hands.

Michael J. Lyday, 49, of 9811 Old Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a credit card on Aug. 15 by Fairview Heights police. Lyday allegedly obtained an item of value, being gasoline, total value not in excess of $300 by representing, without the consent of the cardholder, that he was the holder of the Citi Card Mastercard.

Bryan M. Moore, 26, of 1413 N. 15th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense, on Nov. 26 by Centreville police. Moore allegedly make physical contact with Sharon M. Williams, a family/household member, inthat he struck her in the head with his hand. Defendant had been previously convicted of Domestic Battery on Aug. 30, 2012.

SUNDAY, NOV. 25

Darnell B. Watkins, 30, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stetson T. Culpepper, 21, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marcia A. Williams, 24, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Arlanda R. Johnson, 20, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, traffic violation.

MONDAY, NOV. 26

Duane G. Billhartz, 50, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Alan M. Emig, 23,of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle, two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Tracy S. Randolph, 34, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by New Athens police.

Anthony V. Pannel, 48, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by New Athens police.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

FRIDAY, NOV. 23

James W. Sanders, 45, of Godfrey, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence. Sanders has two previous driving under the influence charges.

SATURDAY, NOV. 24

Douglas L. Connoyer, 25, of Wood River, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

SUNDAY, NOV. 25

Kyle C. Kappler, 32, of Moro, was arrested on suspicion of driver under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

Nicholas C. Eckert, 19, of Maryville and Tyler J. Wilson, 19, of Glen Carbon were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Eckert and Wilson allegedly burglarized a home Monday in the 6900 block of West Main Street in Maryville. Bond was set at $75,000 on both defendants.
