In his letter Nov 28, "Their partisanship shows," Gene Robke says that Ambassador Susan Rice, an African-American woman, is an easy target for two old white men -- Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham. If Rice is such an easy target, maybe she shouldn't be in that job.
Condoleezza Rice was a very capable African-American woman as secretary of state under George W. Bush. Maybe that's the difference or maybe Rice has a harder time of justifying the poor handling of what happened in Benghazi.
